I had a great experience at Kung Fu Tea! The service was fantastic – we accidentally dropped a cup of drink right at the door, and they were kind enough to replace it for us right away, which I really appreciated. We ordered the Mango Smoothie, Espresso with Bubble, Winter Melon Tea with Bubble, and Regular Bubble Milk Tea. The drinks were decent, but I think there's a little room for improvement in terms of flavor. The only downside was the bathroom; it could use a bit more attention – no trash can and some tissue laying on top of the cabinets. Overall, a solid visit, and I'll definitely be coming back for the friendly service!

Not even 3 sips in, I found what looks like a piece of a stainless steel sponge in my mouth while drinking my tea— I’m afraid to drink the rest of it. The bubbles are also hard and undercooked. So disappointed because I used my free drink reward for this.

The service is always good, unfortunately the product they deliver is generally not as good. There are other much better Korean tea houses around. This has a convenient location for my work so I keep trying and hoping that they will get better but no. In the past the sampling balls they used were old enough to taste like a cake. ?

Terrible experience, never going there again. Asked for large matcha milk tea with pearls and no ice. Paid over $8 and received drink with ice so took it back and asked for re-do without ice. They scooped the ice out and gave me 1/2 filled cup in a small, not large, cup. That's how much ice was in it. Never going there again. $8.50 for 1/2 cup of tea, ridiculous.
