I’ve been going here for years. Before Covid I would say the atmosphere was great. Ever since then it hasn’t been the same. Other than that I love it here.

The variety of flavors is mind boggling. The last time I didn't want something sweet, really, so I got one of the lemonades...I think hibiscus. Really enjoyed it.Today I got a very delicious pistachio milk tea. Smooth, slightly sweet. Loved it!My friend loves the winter melon, so that's what she got. There are at least half a dozen other flavors I'm looking forward to trying. The low seating is very cool.Parking: Right across from shopping center, so lots of parking.

My favorite boba place in the DMV area!! I'm very picky with my boba and this specific location has the chewiest bubble topping. If you're like me and judge boba places by how well they make their tapioca pearls, you definitely want to visit Kung fu tea, Columbia location. My go to is the taro smoothie, but their mango smoothie is good, and all of their milk tea selection is solid as well. They are super fast , rotation is quick! It's a small spot near the mall area. Highly highly recommend

This is a terrible environment for anybody with anxiety, autism, add/hd or any sort of disorder that alters social interaction. You guys should really clarify where the mobile pick up area is. Put a sign, make it user-friendly. The guest should not be confused and nervous to enter. This happens every time I come in. One time I came in and picked up my mobile order from the same area where people ordered in-store would pick up. Today, I came in with my anxiety through the roof because I knew I would be faced with instant confusion on the way in whilst being ignored by the employees. That’s exactly what happened. I walked in and there were too many people at the register. I moved to the pick up area because of this and I figured, if this is the wrong place to pick up, I’ll know that when I ask as an employee comes up to the counter with someone else’s order. I said something and the employee probably doesn’t know English because he just pointed (not in the direction of anything significant, it appeared he may have been pointing to the drink being prepared. I cannot see back there as the guest). So to me, that says “it’s almost ready”. I stood there, again, anxiety through the roof waiting for my order to come up. It never did because clearly I was in the wrong spot and I’m not sure why the employee didn’t try and grab somebody else to figure out what I was talking about if he really didn’t know english. My heart starts racing at the thought of speaking up again. I move to the cash register and of course, I see my drink on the shelf, meaning I stood there being ignored for absolutely no reason when my order was ready before I even came inside. Not to mention, I was in everyone else’s way because they had ordered drinks too. I was standing at the front of the counter because I had been ordered with my app. I had to move out of the way a few times as I was being ignored to make sure others could get their drink. Embarrassing. I don’t get why someone would see a customer just standing in their business and not wonder/ask what they’re there for. I spoke up again and I said it slow this time “I. have. a. mobile. order.?” & it was finally handed to me. I didn’t even want the drink anymore. I almost threw up on my way out

This location is always very busy but our drinks always come out perfectly. I like the rosehip lemonade with crystal bubbles and the winter melon tea with regular boba.

I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and they’ve consistently been great! I recently ordered on the mobile app and a glitched happened that messed up my order. When I let the employees know they fixed my drink right away! Great staff and great drinks, definitely my favorite boba place!

Kung Fu Tea needs little explanation. One of my favorite places to get tea. There are so many options to choose.

Tasty drink, not too sweet. A little bit on the pricey end though. You can play board games here if you bring your own and the music isn't too loud so you can have a conversation w friends.

Our order was skipped due to them being busy but they were quick to get our drinks out to us. Cute place.

I ordered a mango snow slush and waited over 20mins. They were more concern about taking orders than making the orders. When I got slush I didn’t realized that it was not made correctly because they didn’t blend it long enough, half the drink was ice cubes. To save time, they blend it for half the time and just gave the drink, when you pour the drink you can clearly see the ice cubes and the slush was not blended enough.

I ordered a yogurt green tea along with orange green tea. Both did not taste what I had tasted from other Kung fu tea. I couldnt trust it so I threw it out. The music volume could've been kept at a nicer level rather than on ear piercing volume at 12pm. The staff were on their phone with music playing also. I am not exactly sure what happened to this Kung fu tea but I'm definitely not coming back anymore. The staff did not know their product knowledge also. Needs to be retrained.

Two drinks and both were flops. Very disappointing. How do you forget the Oreo in the Oreo Wow? It's one of the main ingredients. And the guava black tea was missing the chia seeds and the berry crystal bubble.

A little pricy but drinks are very good. I love the lychee tea with aloe jelly added in. The people who work there are typically very friendly and efficient and the environment is perfect in substitute for like a coffee date or something. They offer board games and etc so it's definitely a great place to go to catch up with some friends!
