Main event was a meeting point for my best friend and I to have some fun family time with both of our families today. We were greeted with a smile by Chris Smith at the counter who was very helpful in getting us organized with cards to play the arcade games and set up for bowling. Fun Sunday, kids enjoyed it. Didn’t eat just spent hours on the games. Kids didn’t want to leave. Will definitely come again. Next time kids staying home!
My son had a blast he didn’t want to leave. We had his 5th birthday and the overall experience was good. HOWEVER, the sales department and the actual people that work at Main Event need to communicate better or someone needs training I’m not sure who. I was told by sales I was getting a table get there and they didn’t have a table for me. The sales department said it was ok to bring decorations and all and for there and no where to put them.
