I went to Nalley in Dobbin Center for the first time and was impressed by their selection, service and quality of their food. Everyone was very helpful and the product was reasonably priced based on the serving size. The salad I purchased was large enough for two meals and was priced at $12.50. I was highly satisfied with my experience at Nalley and will definitely return again.
I recently started a job in this area and was excited to find a Nalley Fresh. I had the blue collar salad exactly as stated except for the cheese. I like feta on it and they gladly subbed. The ingredients tasted fresh and the work area was not messy with food everywhere. The customer service was good and food prepared quickly even during the height of lunch where they were very busy. The drink and utensil center was easily accessible and tables were clean.
It's definitely a change of pace for those used to eating fast food. Maybe there are too many vegetable options to build your salad, especially for those folks who can't make up their minds, which can slow down the ordering process. Offer more protein options other than only chicken (e.g., ham, thinly sliced beef). My wife said her dish with rice was lukewarm and not hot.
