I had a bad DoorDash experience recently, an item was forgotten (not the dashers fault), but when I called DoorDash to get a dasher resent out, suddenly it wasn’t an option (even though it’s on their menu when you call but I digress…)The manager at Noodles and Co was beyond amazing though (Paige I believe!) she was so helpful, and thought of a work around to avoid having to deal with DoorDash. Forgot to take a picture of food so it’s halfway eaten in this picture. Usually the food is at the bottom of the bowl and the noodles are at the top so I like to mix mine before starting to eat. It’s good for the price.

I feel as if noodles has been going down hill the last several years. On recent visit, there was a 15 minute wait for food after ordering. The food quality has decreased as well. I always get Japanese Pan Noodles and it was so dry. Disappointing especially after waiting 15 minutes. Prices are affordable tho.
