Stopped by this morning (Saturday) for sandwich and a coffee. I used the kiosk to order. Coffee took about 10 minutes with 1 other customer waiting and at the 15 minute mark I asked about the sandwich and they forgot about it. During this 15 minute wait, I asked for a courtesy cup of water and was told .50 cent. I declined. 2 minutes later the guy thought about it and issues the water due to me being a customer. Sandwich ready and in the car I discover that the sandwich was not wrapped. Sandwich literally tossed inside of a paper bag without a covering.

Service delayed, workers not focused and food improperly handled. There needs to be adult supervision at this location.

I met with some family here and enjoyed a good hot coffee and some easy conversation. The service was friendly and quick.

I'm not a coffee drinker, so I can't speak to that, but the food was great for coffee shop sandwiches. Convenient location and friendly staff.

I love this place. I came here based on the kindness of the owners on instagram and it did not disappoint. My only complaint that there is way too much ice in the ice coffee. You get a swallow of coffee. It does taste amazing. The beignets are outstanding.

Love this PJs!! Never go to another location, cause you'd be missing out on this wonderful location! Melina and Andre are the kindest and always make my drink perfect. They are so great to talk to and I love the sitting area they have. Run here, you won't be disappointed!!

I asked for the password for the guest Wi-Fi network. The barista claimed, “Unfortunately, I’m not allowed to give it out.” Only coffee shop I have encountered in the world that doesn’t have Internet.

This place has a very poor customer service. This is my second time in a week that I’m experiencing poor service. Waited almost 15 minutes for my drink. Even if they are busy , there is a way to communicate with the customers. I have to ask for a refund a leave. SMH

Coffee was very bad, wasn’t even able to drink the coffees

This is my 2nd time visiting this location, and both times the service is slow which I don’t mind. But I waited in line for 10 minutes, and wasnt acknowledged to say she knew I was here and would be with me shortly or anything until she was finally able to take my order. I would also like to say the price on the board doesn’t match what I paid. A medium frozen drink ended up costing me 11$ with no additives when the board says it’s 7$

Good coffee but will not return

Really Enjoyed the Iced Praline Chai Latte! Good flavor, and the large is very large lol

I have been here twice recently and not only was the coffee great, but the service was too. The young man was so nice and accommodating. He was professional and had the coffee hot and fresh. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, but he did a great job. I did not catch his name but he was there at opening yesterday (Thursday 9/18). The coffee here is delicious and I go out of my way to get to it. Totally worth it.

I tried the Lavender coffee and it was amazing, the coffee is also extremely good and hot! Love the quickness as well. Will be returning very soon! Better then Starbucks
