Harpers Farm Rita’s location has issues with transients and understaffing. The last several times I've visited this location, it has taken staff five to ten minutes to handle a single customer, so if you arrive with two or three folks ahead of you, you'll be waiting a while. That's rather abnormal compared to other Rita's locations I've visited. The quality of the product is good. Unrelated to the business itself, there are significant issues with transients...

They used to have sugar free choices, now they never do. It’s a good option for diabetics or those just wishing to consume less sugar. I sent a letter to corporate and still no sugar free selections on menu.

I bought a mango and vanillacustard shake it tasted just like a push up pop if you had those from the good humor man when we were kids. It was delicious and great customer service!!! Way to go Rita's!!! I'll be posting a good Google maps review if prompted
