I have been there twice, both where a Saturday afternoon and level of service was not up to standard. One operator doing all including making sandwiches.
Love the coconut cream pie iced coffee. Columbia location has good customer service.

Dunkin' offers poor service with clerks who don't follow requests and lack knowledge of basic drink recipes. The atmosphere is subpar, and the prices don't match the quality.
