This is my favorite Rita's. It's old, cozy, in a nice little part of town, and when the sun goes down, totally feels like a 1970s throwback to summertime as a kid. The soft serve custard is delicious, and very reasonably priced. The staff is super friendly and fast.
Cashier was Kiara, there was also another woman and a man (Zach). The cashier was too busy talking to ring up the transaction. Had to ask her three times if it was ready to pay because she was so enthralled in her conversation. Zach was perfectly polite to me but yelled ‘you guys are so confusing’ at a group of small kids in front of me. Just avoid this location.
This doesn't feel like a normal Ritas.

-They don't give you the food as they make it. You just have to stare at it through the window as it melts and they make everything else in the order.

Unfortunately, they no longer offer sugar-free options, which is a disappointment for some customers. Overall, Rita's offers a simple ice cream experience without seating, making it a convenient stop for a sweet treat.
