“I visit the Security location often and sometimes it can get busy but the staff always seem to be pleasant and accommodating. On an extremely hot day this July, I felt dizzy at the counter and asked for a cup of water to take some meds. The young lady told me that all they had was tap water and proceeded to offer it to me when I told her it would be fine. Suddenly, the owner came from the rear carrying an ice cold bottle of water. He must have heard my distress and came to help. I know that some reviewers have commented that staff members have bad attitudes. Honestly, in my 72 years of life, I have never seen anyone who worked with the public that didn't have at least one day of “bad attitude blues.” Trust me, it takes years of practice and fortitude to stay calm in the mist of constant storms.
