I must say this is my absolute favorite Rita’s location. The service is quick and efficient and the atmosphere is great. The people behind the counter are also top notch. For example, when I stopped by the other day to get my favorite frozen treat my rose toy accidentally fell out of my purse. But thankfully the staff were quick to get my precious toy back to me. I cannot thank them enough especially Noah. Additionally, I have SEVERE ocd, adhd, and tourets syndrome. If any two...

I went in early in the evening on a nice day out. The service was absolutely great. I was greeted and served with kindness and respect. It was so nice to see it so crowded and see so many people spend time outside. 10/10 i WILL be going back!!!

Very strange interaction. The lady taking orders didn't open the window when we walked up, we waited and waited and she didn't even acknowledge us until we waved for her attention. Maybe people come up a lot and just stare at her for no reason idk lol the order was wrong twice, eventually got what we needed.
