my birthday is ruined. :( took 34 minutes to get soda. then they gave my pasta to the person next to us, the waiter never even told me this. i just noticed the other table called him over to say they got the wrong one. by the time i got my food i wasn’t even hungry anymore. i asked him how much longer do you think it will take and he said i don’t know im just a waiter :/ it took over a hour to get the pasta

Make sure you triple check your food before you leave. Apparently it is very difficult to get an order of five slices of cheesecake correct…their math of pay for five and only get four will keep me away from now on.

Decided to come for my birthday, wanted to spoil myself and spend a bit more on the steak, ordered medium, and it came out well done. They also don’t do birthday desserts anymore apparently, inflation hit cheesecake too :((( the sever was very kind, but the overall expirience fell very short in terms of a nice birthday dinner.

My experience was ok the waiter was cool till the end when it was time to pay the bill I felt as tho she was ungrateful about the amount that I gave her in a tip she even said that she didn’t want my tip. I can say my tip wasn’t in a gratuity tip suggestion but it was better then not having a tip at all not the mention there was someone else at my table that always tipped that was in 22% gratuity Where she might have walked away with about $30 in tip but make a long short I will not be back Bc the waiter attitude was trash.

Its our family favorite place to go to and we live an hour and a half away. This time was awful. Silverware was dirty. Asked for new set. No bread offered. Food was delivered still no Silverware or bread. Got new sets of Silverware, still dirty plus now napkin had food inside. Had to look for waitress to get bread. Halfway through our food she brings a basket of bread. We ask for one more basket of bread she tells us management not allowing to bring multiple baskets. I put the only piece we had left on the plate and brought bread. Asked for paper napkins and never received. Came home with leftover. Same evening decided to heat them up. Found thick black hair 1-2 in. My hair is red FYI. Disappointed. Will go to Fairfax location goin forward.

Food was excellent, the wait did reek of cigarette smoke, only reason why it's not a 5 star and took my wife's mushroom allergy very seriosuly.

Writing this for my BF as I’m witnessing this unfold … My Mom placed a pickup order & received my food incorrectly. I had ordered a cheeseburger meal with cheese and onions ONLY on my burger & received the burger with everything on it . Being very upset (this is the 3rd time they have screwed this order up ) I threw away the burger (saving the side ) I called up to Cheesecake Factory & was directed to speak to Mya about my order . She assured me that I could come back up to the restaurant & she would have my food remade. I told her I wasn’t able to come back up this evening & we agreed I would be up the following day . My mom went back the next day & had to sit for 2 hours waiting to speak to Mya about my food being remade . Mya had the food remade only to give us back a bun with a slice of cheese & onion .. no patty ?!! However my mom didn’t realize this till she got in the car but didn’t want to go back in bc she was so upset after waiting 2 hours !!! I called back to the restaurant & spoke to Mya & she stated in what world would McDonalds even give you back your meal if you ate the food ? Ate what food ?! We just spoke about this !! She proceed to talk over me & yell at me about eating the food !!! She hung up on me !! I call back and ask to speak to the GM .. I had several people pick the line up after waiting on hold for over 20 mins . Then Mya picks up the line and asks how can I help you ?! I said I’m sorry what’s your name (even though I clearly heard what she said her name was when she answered.. wanted to confirm for sure I heard what I heard !! ) she said Mya . I said Mya , you hung up on me I want to speak to the GM . She proceeded to go around and around with me again .. finally agreeing to get him . Josh gets on the phone .. I tell him about this 24 hr ordeal & he tells me that I should have brought the food back the same day & there’s to many holes in the store it’s a he said she said so he will remake my food if I’m willing to pay for it !!! Are you serious ?! Then he proceeds to argue about this with me (as I’m really really upset ) I ask for his last name & he rebutted with what’s your name ?! This is completely outrageous… over a burger 🍔?! I told him I was reaching out to corp , he said good so it he ! I’ve never been so disrespected in my life !! & again over a burger that could have been simply remade as I originally had ordered it .

my order was messed up and i contacted MYA on 12/31/24 . i was told to come back in and get ask for her and i can get
another bacon bacon burger .

my mom came in 1/1/25 and brought in the buns because i trashed the patty out of anger and my mom wanted fixings with the side on the plate . Joshua the manager made my mom wait for over an hour to talk to mya. when maya final arrives they gave her a bun with onions on it.

i called back to the store and mya spoke to me like a child saying mcdonald's wouldn't even return my food if the patty wasn't brought back . i lost my cool and started swearing at her telling her not to speak to me like that i'm not a child i did not eat the burger.

i call back and talk to joshua . he is making jokes on the phone asking me what i want . i tell him i want my burger comped and made correctly like i agreed . he then said " we can make your burger correct the next time you pay for it" i then say you know what i ment don't joke around with me. then he said "i dont know who to trust so your going to have to pay for it" after he already offered to credit money back to my card but i said i just wanted burger correctly . i then told him i was going to contact corporate and he started to raise his voice to me. i told him no to talk to me like that and he laughed and said "what do you want me to do whisper? " i told him him and mya are very disrespectful and im going to contact corporate . he then started to scream at me telling me i was wrong and asked for my name . i told him dont worry about that i have him and myas and i will be emailing corporate .

Lets start with myself and my coworkers order carry out from here all too often. Typically around the same time too, 11:30am-12pm for our many corporate events. Last Monday, I and one of my colleagues had to call a total of 30 times, before I decided to just stop past the location to put our order in, in person. Out of those 30 times we called, 3 of the calls were intentionally disconnected. The other 27, the busy tone kept ringing and we never got an answer. We spoke to who I assume to have been the host, Cameron (sp?) and every time she claimed to have been transferring the call, but the call was disconnected. Again, I just decided to go to the location to put the order in, and pick it up. When I got there I asked to speak with a manager, and Mayra C. Who gave me the most unpleasant attitude I've ever encountered from a food service worker. She implied that something was wrong with not only my phone service, but my coworkers as well. She also tried to say that Cameron claimed to have never spoken with anyone for carry out since they opened. But how else would I have known her name? No apology, no discount, just a piss poor attitude and snickering from her staff. To top it off, they forgot two things we ordered and they gave us one wrong, of the 7 cheesecakes we ordered. Totally disappointed! Will not be doing corporate lunches here any longer.

Wonderful place to eat a late lunch after 2 hours of holiday shopping. We were a party of 2 so we were able to grab a bar table with no wait. Get the avocado tacos appetizer, messy but delicious. We had the crab ball appetizer too and white chicken chilli with brown rice. All delicious! Of course we got cheesecake to go ( triple berry and peppermint choc). Bonus, we enjoyed watching football on the TV! Wonderful way to spend a Sunday.

Tonight's experience was the worse that I've ever had at any restaurant. My food came out ice cold and my husband's order was wrong. He asked for salmon and he got shrimp which he's allergic to. The server was fantastic and profusely apologized for the mistake. The manager came over and apologized and offered us a salad as compensation which arrived after our entrees did. The food was luke warm at best when it came out the second time. We asked for extra sauce on the side and even that was ice cold. I understand that things happen but today is my birthday and I just wanted a nice meal that I didn't have to cook. This experience was very disappointing.
