todd is the best. give him a raise immediately!! he was very quick with every request and so incredibly sweet and joyful. we had an absolute blast being under todd’s care while we were dining at this factory. we drove 4 hours and were in desperate need of food, and todd surpassed our expectations. WE LOVE TODD!!

i only came in to share an entree with my sister, and nadia was amazing! she was super sweet and made sure to elevate our experience by TENFOLD! ask for HER! she will do you RIGHT!

Waited too long for dinner once seared. The food took long and came out cold. The steak was well not medium. I wouldn't come back. Plus, the AC was so high it was freezing!!

Wish I could have remembered our servers name but he was awful. Asked quets about menu items & his responses were mostly. “I don’t know. I can’t tell you. You’d have to look at the menu.” Shouldn’t you know the menu off hand for simple quests. Our orders came in different times like 30 min difference. And customers who were seated after us got their food already. No apologies, no explanation as to why it was delayed. When the 1st two plates came out it was given to the wrong ppl in our table. And still no apologies for the confusion. Food orders came out all wrong. The server felt like he was doing us a favor when his actual job title is to serve us the right food with kindness. To top that off when the bill came he charged us for 3 sodas and my husband told him we only received two the table was not cleared yet so where was the 3rd cup of soda. The server insisted it was 3. Mind you our bill was $180 why would we lie about a $5 soda. Felt like we were being judged that we were the type of ppl that weren’t going to pay or tip well. And so his customer svc skills towards us is the reason he was awful. Wish I knew his name. Maybe “Ace” not 100% sure.

Took My Husband there for his birthday dinner worst experience of my life. The service was bad. The food was horrible. I wish I had taken a picture of it. Call the manager over he took money off for the two entrées my husband and I received. I feel like the manager and the waitress had an attitude and was not very nice. I will never go there again. And to top it off, I still had to pay $65 because my daughter had a pizza and we had two drinks.

Upon entering we were kindly greeted by the hostess, we were told it would be a 30 minute wait but we really only waited like 15. When we got to our table the server refused to give us the FREE bread bc we “weren’t dining in” her words. We had only came in for the half off cheesecake but regardless we still should have gotten bread. We waited over thirty minutes for the cheesecake even though they are already pre made and ready to serve. And then we had to wait another 15 to flag down our server to get the check. I understand it was very busy bc of a discount day but both tables next to us got their food that is made fresh way before we got an already made cheesecake. While they sat after us. When we had our cheesecake the silver wear was horrendous. Absolutely disgusting. I guess the darkness is to hide their lack of attention and cleanliness. NEVER going back and neither should you!!

Visited The Cheesecake Factory in Columbia Maryland with my mom and sister today. It was a terrible experience. It started off good, upon arrival we were greeted by the hostess and seated at a booth quickly. The first problem was the silverware was on the bare table plain without being wrapped in any napkins. After 10 minutes the server greeted us and asked if we would like to get started with drinks. We ordered two cappuccinos and a plain lemonade to start. Our server brought our drinks and then she hurried to the booth seated right behind us. Not a big deal until she began to ignore us and favor the party at that table. Another 10 minutes later she arrived with drinks and bread for the booth behind us. She then came to our table with bread as an afterthought and proceeded to ask if we were ready to order. We placed an order for spicy buffalo blast and nachos for appetizers and chicken and waffles and breakfast burrito for the entrees. The appetizers arrived after 15 minutes but the spicy buffalo blast were undercooked and half done. We alerted her and she took the plate back to the kitchen. She didn’t even ask if we still wanted it or not. I went to take a sip of my lemonade and noticed my glass was cracked badly. I immediately alerted her and she seemed to have an attitude and did not apologize for the cracked glass or the undercooked food. We canceled the rest of our food order and requested a receipt. In which, she charged us full price for my drink, although I didn't drink it because of the cracked glass. I will never return to this location ever again. Poor customer service, unapologetic servers for the restaurants mistakes, and poor quality food. The only good thing was the brown bread and my sister and mom enjoyed their cappuccinos. What a horrible experience.
