Terrible for to go orders. I got someone else's order who was clearly a vegan, when I ordered a burger and nachos. The managers reached out regarding my refund request and said it would take 10 business days give or take. Never got the refund, ended up wasting $40. Terrible customer service.

I recently went to cheesecake and ordered the four cheese pasta without chicken as it is always my go to order. After a while the food arrived and it had chicken in it even though I told the waiter very clearly that I didn’t want chicken as I’m a vegetarian. Then he went back and replaced my food but the replaced food also had a piece of chicken in it and I was really upset. I will not be coming back here.

All I needed was the price of a mixed drink - this was too much to ask of the waiter unfortunately. With his silly response, I took my business elsewhere. My sister ordered dumplings and a Sta Fe salad - both very delicious. We went for sushi for myself afterwards at Akira near the mall (best sushi in HoCo). That waiter made a 25% tip for excellent service. Had I received proper service at CF, the restaurant would easily have made $150 since we also picked up food for another person on the way home. How much is a pina colada? 🙄 Lol

Cheesecake Factory is usually packed with a long wait but not on this particular Tuesday night. There was no wait and plenty of tables. Choices for food and drinks can be overwhelming but makes for a great place for everyone! Portions are really good size except for the cheesecake. The cheesecake portions have gone down over the years and the prices have definitely gone up. They taste good but are pricey. All in all I'm glad I've gone back to this restaurant and was reminded why I always loved it!

After a disappointing experience at another restaurant, my group of five girlfriends decided to come here as a last resort since we were still hungry. I’m really glad we did.

The service was great—shoutout to Robert, who was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Our food came out relatively quickly, was fresh, and tasted great. There were no issues at all, which was honestly refreshing after the night we’d had.

Overall, it was a fulfilling and enjoyable experience, and exactly what we needed to end the evening on a high note.

The email when placing a curbside order instructs you to park in the parking lot, the staff will text you when your order is ready and bring it to you. 20 minutes after my scheduled time, I still received no text. So I called the restaurant. They said they no longer text and I need to call. They were very rude and dismissive. My order then took another 10 minutes to come out. It was literally 3 slices of cake. Unacceptable.
