The Omelette Guys was at our apartment complex for an event and I had a great experience with them. I was surprised by the speed and efficiency of the chef. He was able to run 8 omelette stations by himself. The custom omelette itself was cooked nicely. We had a lot of options for what to request in it including cheese, mushroom, ham, spinach, and broccoli. The chef was considerate in being sure to ask if anyone had dietary restrictions or allergies beforehand.

We hired The Omlette Guys to put on an early breakfast for both our office and field employees. Frank showed up early and efficiently set up his omlette and waffle stations in our lobby as well as a self serve coffee and juice bar. He cooked 4 to order omlettes at a time and had hot waffles on hand with warm syrup, fresh strawberries and whipped cream. Once service was complete (we paid for and hour with head count), he broke down, cleaned up, and left without a trace. I highly recommend The Omlette Guys and will strongly consider using them for a future event.
