Be careful with the sugar free ones. Basically is not sugar free. I even asked the older Korean guy at the register. If they have sugar free. And pointed at the cake batter flavor. I have a glucose monitor on my arm. My sugar levels went up lo crazy.

Tapioca: I like that they pre cook their tapioca (bubbles) where a lot of other places that offer tapioca as a topping serve it fresher out of the heat which means a lot of times they undercook or overcook their tapioca and it's still hot even in the ice. I like that with Tutti Frutti, they have a more standardized way of cooking their tapioca and ensuring it is cooked properly.

I also really like the portions and the consistency. Every time I get the same order it tastes the same and I love that.

The staff can be sometimes distracted which is awkward for me sometimes but overall they do a good job

Terrible experience!! The people working on Sunday evening did not even say “Hello”. They never even looked up at me. No… Hi or Bye…or thanks for visiting. I would think with me purchasing one vanilla yogurt and one topping would never cost $18. Then, I asked for a lid and the guy on the register replied “ Oh you want a lid”? Excuse me Sir … that should be automatic with a spoon and napkins!! I am glad that I didn’t ask for a bag. It would have probably been rounded off to a total of $20. He was very unconcerned and aloof from the “Only Two Customers” that were there at around 5pm. on Sunday, June 9th. Never want to visit again for several reasons!! Overpriced and Unconcerned (low morale) Staff!! Thanks but No Thanks!! ?

I asked for a Green tea strawberry and asked the girl to make sure it was 25% sugar. When I got my order was really sweet and told the associate but she seen not to care. So I order a different drink end up paying for 2 drinks. I prefer Kokee tea service is friendly and better there

Walked in to grab my usual frozen yogurt, but noticed they now started selling a good variety of bubble tea flavors that got added this weekend I think? I got the piña colada and brown sugar milk tea. Very good, perfect amount of sweetness!

Was surprised to see they have new bubble tea flavors. I tried the strawberry matcha latte and it was yummy!

Best honeydew boba teas!

Very dishonest. The original tart tasted very bland, like ice with flavoring, texture isnt smooth and creamy like other locations.

Got their Cappuccino bubble tea. Was very good, not too sweet, was just right.

Been there a few times. Everything is self service so there's nothing not to like.

Love everything about this place! Staff is super kind and polite
