Ordered western sandwhich today and was disappointed. The egg was runny, loose and not completely done. Peppers and onions were not mixed in like omlettes but just placed on top and fell off while eating. This is the only place that does not put ham on their western. Will never order again.

I grew up in the Northeast working at different bagel shops like this. I can honestly say that this place has all the tools to be a good breakfast/bagel shop but falls short every time. Bagels are never toasted, cream cheese recipes/mixes are terrible and quite pricy for breakfast. I mean seriously, why would jalapeño cream cheese be sweet?? Offering a crab bagel in MD does not make up for producing a crummy product.

I love love love bagels. When I'm out I look for spots to stop at. I've tried a few onion, plain and everything and they all need a pinch of salt. They are slightly dense and don't have the chew I enjoy. However, the sandwich was made well and didn't skimp on the meat. I will continue to try the other flavors.

I got BLT on toasted plain bagel. I was delicious.
Food was okay - definitely expected more. Manager whatever her name was has crazy attitude as if she has something better to do… Never again.

Edited: We’ve now tried these bagels for several months, different times of day, different days of the week and I’m so sad to report that these are basically super market bagels. They’re bagels, but not Uber Bagels. Meh.
We have been visiting the other locations for years, as we are serious about our bagels. We’ve been waiting with bated breath for this one to open and, while good, they are still working on it. They have a new staff, new equipment, possibly new suppliers.
Pros: great new space with added outside seating, friendly staff, quality ingredients. Good balance of flavors and seasonings on the outside of bagel to bagel size.
Con: The bagels are a little dense, a little too much crumb. A bagel should have a crisp outside and chewy inside. Their other locations have this down pat! This location is working on it. Will revise this review of our fave bagel chain as soon as they nail it.

We got plain and Asiago bagels but the Asiago had very little and there’s an up charge. Overall thought they were doughy; bagels I’ve gotten from other bakeries typically last for 2 days.
