Oh my, well done. I buy a fair amount of seafood from several major vendors and this one was a new pick. Six pounds of promised great big King Crab. You never know if a new vendor will deliver properly, but these guys totally did. My grandson's graduation is the event. These guys delivered in spades THANK YOU!
Order crabs last Friday. Crabs were delayed till monday. well no crabs yet
Last fall, I ordered picked blue crab, two boxes of lump and two packages of claw. The consistency of the three packages opened so far is way off what we have ordered in the past. The product appears to have been frozen/defrosted way too many times. I have used the two products in salads, crab cakes, and bouiliabaise, but not is up to par unfortunately.

I have a house outside of Crisfield MD And I am a hugh seafood aficionado I asked for any fish one day I stopped in as I was driving past The guy said he had Red Snapper I asked how much, he said $10/per pound It was my first and last time buying any fish from there I'm almost 60 I have never paid $10/pound for a fish in my life For that kind of money I could have gotten a thirty pound brisket at Wal-Mart To call this place a "wholesale market" is laughable Avoid like the plague
We were able to get softcrabs from Southern Connection here in Colorado and they were delicious!! What a treat for this Crisfielder in CO!
Seafood is really fresh, and they have very nice people that work there. I highly recommend their seafood.
