From Scratch Restaurant

I’m traveling through the area to photograph scenes on the eastern shore of Maryland and I spent this afternoon in the Chrisfield area so I chose From Scratch Restaurant for dinner and I was so glad I did. I have their crab cake sandwich and it was delicious. It came with a side of home cut fries and I had their iced tea.

Along with that I had really good service from my waitress named Brooke and she allowed me to take her photograph for my review.

Thank you Brooke and thank you From Scratch Restaurant for a great dinner. I’m sure I’ll stop again whenever I get back to Chrisfield.

Love this place. Breakfast, lunch and dinner! Always good food and great service! Love their fries!

Got the French toast special with grits nd biscuits and gravy with home fries. They knocked the French toast out of the park, but the sausage and gravy had just a bit too
Much salt- would have been phenomenal with less

This is one of my favorite Crisfield restaurants. The food is always fresh and made to order.

My sister just bought a home nearby and suggested this establishment.

Wow. This was the freshest, most delicious fish I've ever had. The seasoning was spot on with everything and yes it's all made from scratch 🤤

As a pescatarian I have fish often and this was easily the best fish sandwich I've ever had, and the fish and chips were up there as well. But the sandwich blew me away.

We also tried the broiled flounder, fried pickles (another best ever), spicy cheese curds, and broccoli bites.

All incredibly delicious and I cannot wait to go back again soon!

Good food, reasonable prices.

On the other hand, from the times I've been there, getting food can be a wait. I've actually gone to alternative establishments because I knew it would take awhile to be served.

As long as you're not starving or have antsy, squirmy kids, I would recommend it.

Vegetarian options: Everything was delicious ?! Too much, we couldn't eat it all. Got take out boxes,and refills of beverages. Excellent service. We can't wait to go back for dinner next visit! Large selection of breakfasts!

Ate in.. delish home cooked chx pot-pie, steak & cheese sub & loaded fries.. Server was efficient & friendly. Took 1/2 sub home for later.. Cozy, small town atmosphere.

Had lunch during our stay for the crab derby. Soft shell sandwich was really good with all the fixings and I had cream of crab soup and a wrap. We really like their fries too...like boardwalk fries.

Delicious food, big menu with daily specials for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. Definitely will return when I’m in town. I now have a favorite over Pocomoke and Salisbury places to eat. Tri it out!!!
