About Waters Edge Cafe

Waters Edge Cafe offers delicious homemade food, including their seasoned flounder sandwich and crabby fries. This great little restaurant on the water serves fresh seafood at reasonable prices. The friendly and hospitable owners create a pleasant dining experience, and the attentive servers, like Noel, make guests feel welcome. The fried chicken is melt-in-your-mouth, and the fish basket features fresh, hand-cut fries and flaky bite-sized pieces of flounder. Customers have praised the breaded fish sandwich as top-notch and absolutely perfect. Homemade sides, like Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes, are especially tasty, while the loaded baked beans and green beans are flavorful and a step above regular beans. Portion sizes are generous, often requiring a box for leftovers, as many diners find the food excellent and plentiful. Desserts include 32 flavors of Hershey ice cream and soft serve, with hot fudge sundaes and milkshakes being popular choices. The house-made crab cakes and crabby fries are highly recommended, with plenty of crab and minimal filler. This casual cafe is a wonderful spot to visit, especially during the summer months, and is worth the wait despite occasionally slow service.

Amazing home cooked food! Will definitely be back! Our waitress Haley was the best! Fried chicken, collards, fries 💓💯

Had a meal of old bay wings, buffalo wings and crabby fries. They were perfect. My husband and I are so used to ending up with wings and fries that takes like a salt nightmare and these weren’t ! They were fabulous!! They tasted like actual chicken and crab!

Thank you guys so much. We are new to the area and will definitely eat there again. Keep up with the low salt!

super long wait, two waitresses and only 6 tables. My club was fine since I've ordered it before. Cream of Crab was super hot like it had been microwaved and tasted like can she crab soup. taco bowl while large and plenty of lettuce, condiments etc. Meat was cold and greasey. Bowl itself falls apart easily so you can not use to scoop your salad. Seem to use different oil then other places for the bowl leaving it somewhat tasteless flower. Spouse has been up all night with sour...read full review
