Got 2 scoops of mint chocolate chip and the Ice cream doesn't seem like the best quality. The mint chocolate chip wasn't that great. Also for 2 scoops they didn't even fill the cup up it was more like 1.5 scoops compared to last time I went. The best thing about this location is that it has a drive through and that's the only reason I went again or would go back. Might be a good spot for a quick treat for kids though as they won't care as much about the quality.

Worst Baskin Robbins ever...they close at 8 p.m. but they don't sell ice cream after 6:30 p.m. and the donats were old, they were supposed to be glazed and looked like melted honey on top. It also remains closed and you can only buy by car.

The store hours say they were open until 8 p.m. But at 6:30 p.m. only the drive through was open. Several customers including myself tried to come in the front door. They said they had no ice cream products. Don't know what happened, but I will not visit that location again.

Normally this place is spot on but just got a milkshake that tastes like it has no ice cream in it - just milk and Oreo. Pretty disappointing

Got there a few minutes after six . There were three employees in there but they said they were understaffed so they close lobby at 6. I was told use drive thru. I told a male employee I needed two large smoothies he said the ice cream area is closed also. WOW

I asked for a quart of regular butter pecan ice cream, but was given the old fashioned kind that is brownish and was really disappointed when I got home. When I called to straightened out the issue, I was hung up on and told they were too busy to address my concerns...not a happy camper. You lost a long time customer today in Crofton... Baskin-Robbins.
Says it closes at 11pm but they were closed at 10:28pm when we went there. Drove out our way to go here and they weren’t even open. Very disappointing!
