This will be my first and last time at this location. I was placing my order and the guy taking my order just walks off and someone else walks over. I place my order and then it took about 10 min just to get two ice cream cones and know there was know one else in line. I was going to order something as well but I changed my mind after I saw how everything was going.

I go to this Dunkin daily, sometimes twice a day. I’m not sure what’s up with it the past few weeks, but it’s very disappointing, this location use to be the best one in at least a 30 mile radius.. now I’m lucky if my drink is what I ordered half of the time. They’re not being put on the pick up shelves so I have to wait and get someone during the morning rush to grab it for me instead of just being in and out like previously, and half the time it’s not even what I ordered and I have to wait for it to be remade, other times it doesn’t even get started until walking in the door after preordering it 15 mins prior, which I can understand during the mornings when it’s busy but not 4-5pm in the afternoon when it’s empty.Ive never had these issues here before and now it’s a daily occurrence, hope that changes soon or I’ll have to start going to the other locations, there’s another closer to my house but I go out of my way to go to this one because of how good they were.
I stopped at Dunkin' Donuts today for ice cream for my little one and coffee for me. I arrived at 7:30, but the doors were already locked, even though the website and the door both said they were open until 8 pm. The workers seemed to be ignoring the fact that I was there and just continued to clean. If there are new hours for this location, please update them so customers are aware.

Best Dunkin’ in the area. I usually stop here in the morning on my way to work. Whether placing an order for pick up in the app, or ordering in-store, the food is always fast and hot. The coffee is usually perfect as well. Can’t recommend enough.
