Frank and Luke's N.Y. Pizza Kitchen

I'm a huge Margherita pizza fan and the one served here just wasn't it. The sauce was very skimpy and lacking flavor. Not a big fan of the crust either. Hard to justify coming back when there are so many other better options in the vicinity.

The manager with glasses and some of the staff is extremely rude here. They do not make you feel welcome. It’s very unprofessional and uncomfortable feeling.

To the short manger with glasses, you should learn to welcome your customers, say thank you, have a nice day… really anything at all! Instead of just ignoring them and acting like you have something better to be doing!

I’ve come here as a door dasher and as a customer myself with my wife and kids. You are extremely rude! I absolutely hate going in this place now!

It is not just my interaction with these employees, I’ve waited on my order and witnessed them treat other customers the same way!

I love the pizza here!!! Even my picky eater of a daughter likes it. Service could be a tiny bit better but overall this will be the only pizza we eat in my house from now on

Really good pizza!

I am from NY/NJ. When you walk in, it looks, and smells like a real pizzaria. You can buy it by the slice, or a whole pie. Best pizza around!!!! I really like their house salad dressing, too

Great pizza, the best I’ve had so far in Gambrills/Crofton area. I recommend the Margherita pizza or the Sicilian. Service is good, they could use an additional person during peak hours. The same one taking orders by phone was the same person taking orders in person. Atmosphere is clean and a great place to eat a few slices with some friends after a long week.

F&L's pizza was great a few years ago. Now the overall quality of the ingredients seem to have gone way down. Their pizza doesn't taste anything like the way it used to. Now it's just average. Also, they've gotten skimpy on the toppings.

The pizza was delicious and perfect for the party. A bit expensive for the pepperoni pizza (especially since the pepperoni slices were the size of quarters), but I think the cheese and meatlover's were fairly priced. Because three pizzas were split for a party of 15+ people, the cost overall wasn't bad. Thanks for a great time!

I hope this message finds you well. I recently visited your restaurant located at 1153 Route 3 North, Gambrills, MD, and wanted to share my experience.

As a deaf customer, I rely on accessible and respectful communication. Unfortunately, during my visit, I did not receive a notification when my order was ready. Additionally, an employees ( short guy with wear glasses. He look around 40s) and other employees too responded to me in a manner that felt dismissive and rude, which made the experience uncomfortable.

I value the quality of your food and was looking forward to my visit, but this interaction left me feeling disappointed. I would appreciate it if you could address this matter with your staff to ensure all customers feel welcomed and respected.

my husband and I went bike riding today in the area and we’re looking for a place to grab a pizza - we found this place as it was nearby. The trail- ordered a cheese pizza pizza and it was excellent !! so glad we found this place. I will definitely be back. Can’t wait to try other menu items - but if you like New York pizza and you’ve been looking - look no further-this is the place!
