After seeing a JoeEats vlog, I decided to try it out. Quite pleasantly surprised. I bought a slice of meat lovers & a slice of pepperoni. The pizza was very good. The crust was crispy & just perfect. The pepperoni was cupped & crunchy. I highly recommend Frank & Luke's.

Frank and Luke's is a staple in our house. Their fast casual environment, friendly/welcoming staff, and fair prices have made it the perfect family outing to practice restaurant skills with a toddler in a low stress environment. They also have a gluten free pizza that comes with its own baking tray and cutter which was wonderful for when my mom visited. She said their efforts to eliminate cross contamination were way better than most pizza places she's been to. They often have sports or seasonal promos which is fun too! Quite an extensive menu for the non pizza people as well.

The plus size young lady at the front had a terrible attitude and make me want to leave half way through ordering. She has 0 customer service skills and gave a nasty demeanor. Usually love this place but won't be back due to her.

Disappointed that I had to let them know the house salad dressing was spoiled and the veggies were not fresh…and they didn’t apologize or offer a new one. I was simply given a dismissive look because the salad “looked” ok.
The garlic knots are usually delicious but have been underbaked or cold or some visits.

Can you all please staple or seal Doordash delivery bags and boxes. I'm tired of getting half my fries and food fingered

The pastas were decent and well portioned. The menu advertises panko crusted chicken but we got basic chicken tenders, so not sure what’s going on there. Need to change the menu description.

Front register girl needs to be more welcoming. The way she asked everyone walking in if it's dine-in or carryout was passive aggressive. Very bothered Like she couldn't wait to scoot the customers down the lane.

Never had bad service here. I wish they would bring back the crab pasta. Pizza is excellent and I recommend their chopped cheese sub as well.

The steak subs are great everything else is falsely advertised on their website I’ve ordered a few things to try out the menu today. I ordered the panko chicken tenders, which happened to just be regular fried chicken tenders a few weeks ago. I ordered the chicken Panini, which was not a Panini at all. It was just a chicken sandwich if you know the desire of a Panini, you will understand the disappointment. The sandwich was OK, but obviously a huge let down for the expectation of a Panini versus a regular chicken sandwich.. same thing with the chicken tenders they are advertised panko breaded, which is a crispy desire and I was left flat with regular store-bought chicken tenders. Nothing famous about them. Nothing original nothing like the photograph. Spoke to the manager today about updating the website and maybe correcting some verbiage words to actually reflect what is being sold. He doesn’t seem to care so I’m making this review. The photo attached is what they advertise versus Regular frozen chicken tenders. I thought I was getting something freshly made.
I’ve wanted to try the pizza as they have a huge variety unfortunately they’re not busy enough for the pizza that is displayed out so I have not tried it yet

So far this is the best pizza and wing delivery we’ve had in the Bowie Maryland area. We’ve tried about seven spots in the last couple of months.
The pizza stayed crispy and ingredients fresh. The sauce has enough flavor and salt to keep you happy, and the wings have buffalo sauce on them. Not just a small drizzle.
The only thing I hoped they would or could do is make the Italian sub a hot sandwich. It wasn’t good cold. Nothing brought the flavors together and it lacked a kick. If they made it a hot sub then the oils from the meats and cheeses would blend together bringing the flavors out. I personally like Italian subs spicy so a hot pepper mix vs only a couple slices of banana peppers would be awesome.
The French fries in a brown bag and with ketchup packets and condiments over them was gross. There’s zero reason they needed to do that. They could have put the condiments in the larger brown bag and not thrown them on top of the fries in a smaller bag. Who knows how many unwashed hands reach into the condiments boxes per day when packing take out orders. I didn’t eat the fries because of this.
Overall the very best in NY style pizza in the Bowie area. Highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.
