Saturday night I ordered a well-done pie with beef. It was hot and ready on time which was good. Their "well done" is not quite as firm as I would have liked but that is probably due to my errant expectations. I am used to New York style thin pizza that is well done and with a burnt crust in spots. The Ledo pie was good but was not even cracker firm on the bottom. Good taste and decent texture but I will know next time before I order. Ledo is a staple in the DMV area and each location I have been to has been a good experience. This one was clean and spacious and I have no complaints.

I’ve lived in Bowie for 30 years. I have always patronized Ledos in Crofton, on Route 3. I placed an online for $65 plus I gave a $5. The order included a 2 Litre Soda. When the order was picked up we did not get the soda. Need a better system in place to ensure customers get their drinks. Had to back in because they forgot the brownie. I called and spoke with Melinda, whose customer service skills are lacking and she’s rude. She puts Tom on the phone who was dry, acting as though I was bothering him. The young ladies were overheard talking about another customer. They will no longer get my business. I will go to the Ledos on 197. If Owners only knew how some of their workers treat the customers they would be shocked.

Not only is the food the best damn pizza on the East Coast (in the country?), this specific Ledos is staffed by quite literally the sweetest & nicest women known to man. They make you feel like you are right at home regardless of if you're dining in or just picking up an order. The manager specifically, sweet woman with glasses, is the BEST! I'd do anything to work for someone like here. A+ 10/10 all around!!

We took our group there after an outing. The atmosphere was nice, the staff was friendly and fast. They kept the pizzas coming, and the drinks filled. Second time going there and the service is always the same. Definitely recommend.

We had a small baby shower there. It was perfect. The food was really good. Service was great. And our host , Brittany was so nice and helpful. She made sure the food came out and was hot when everyone got there. Anything we needed she was right there to take care of it. Anyone that needs a place for a party , check them out you won't be disappointed.

Super disappointed in this Ledo's for the first time. I sat there waiting for my food only to get home and see that there was no dressing for my salad. So i called and explained that my house dressing was missing from the order. The young lady apologized and said she would have it ready. By then i decided to save the salad for the next days lunch. I picked up the dressing which was in a stapled bag. Well, I got to work today ready to eat my lunch only to see that the wrong dressing was given to me. You guys have to pay attention. I wasn't the only order messed up last night either. Another lady got a pizza with onions that she didn't ask for. The young blonde girl at the front talked and talked about her personal lives the entire time. It's no wonder why she is messing up orders.
