Do wish they had the jello drink as a dessert. Really good, but only found as a couple Pho restaurant.

The place reeks of smoke, pretty sure it's coming from the old guy. Though he eventually left part way through our meal, being replaced by younger guy who was very kind and didn't smell like a chain smoker. Any place that drops Lemon in the water instead of placing it on the side is an automatic -1 star. Some people want to squeeze their lemon, some people don't want lemon at all. Placing it on the side allows both types to exercise their desires without having to stick their fingers into a glass of ice water.

So I ordered last night at 7, and then I realized I ordered at the wrong location (for context I have the flu, my brain isn’t all there) I called and asked if I could cancel the order and get refunded as I noticed within minutes of placing the order that it was the wrong location. They said there was no manager on shift last night and they couldn’t refund me. Which it is what it is, I’m not gonna make an employees life hell because they don’t have the authority to refund. I have my friend pick up my meal for me because again, I’m sick with the flu. She comes back and I realize they did not give her my milk tea I ordered. I call the next day so that I can speak with a manager and at first he refuses to refund me, then I tell him I know that I can be refunded I was told last night. He asked if I could come in and they would make it for me, I told him I did not want that as I have the flu I really don’t want to get anyone sick by going out. I again ask if I could just get a refund, he then tells me the only way I will get a refund is if I come into the place physically. Which makes no sense, I ordered online, all my information is there on the computers, it’s not like I paid in cash. It also kind of felt like a dirty trick to keep my money because he knew I couldn’t come in, and with the way the employees were talking to me last night it seemed like they can give a refund just over the phone. The manager was of absolutely no help and the fact that there was no manager in the establishment the night before is pretty concerning to me. First and last time I’m ever ordering from this place

Pho5Up Crofton is a top favorite for me, #1 favorite for Vietnamese food. I get the summer rolls, egg rolls and Mango bobo tea. The food is very consistently perfect, and the service is very good. It’s a great place to dine in as well.

My granddaughter and I had a week together, we wanted something special for our Friday dinner, and she wanted PHO 5UP! We decided on two orders of their egg rolls, chicken and well-done brisket pho. The service was good and the food was delicious! 😋

Egg rolls always come out cold and they messed my order up more than once the only time I did complain they refused to replace it even after I gave the guy $8 for a tip for one bowl of soup

Would give 0 stars if i could. Came at 8:06, was already treated like an inconvenience (they close at 9). Service started decent other than the passive aggressive comments. Food was decent, until I discovered a strand of BLONDE hair in my food. I ignored the first one, but after discovering a second strand, I brought it to the attention of the restaurant. They asked if I wanted a new dish, which I obviously did. After feeling rushed out the establishment we ask for the bill and some type of compensation for this cross contamination hygiene issue. The staff informed us that I was “lucky” I didn’t get billed for BOTH meals (the hair soup, and the replacement), and that they were doing us a favor by only charging us one. After back and forth, they agreed to 15% off which I accepted and paid the bill with no issue. Our server checked with us again and mentioned something along the lines of “checking the policy before sitting down at a restaurant”. And also mentioned that the hair was “red and curly”.. referring to my own hair?? As the strand we pulled out of the soup was BLONDE and tinted from the SPICY RED BROTH? I feel as the whole experience was a slap in the face and will definitely not be returning as we for sure didn’t feel welcomed or accepted. Very disappointing but not surprised.
