Egg rolls always come out cold and they messed my order up more than once the only time I did complain they refused to replace it even after I gave the guy $8 for a tip for one bowl of soup

Would give 0 stars if i could. Came at 8:06, was already treated like an inconvenience (they close at 9). Service started decent other than the passive aggressive comments. Food was decent, until I discovered a strand of BLONDE hair in my food. I ignored the first one, but after discovering a second strand, I brought it to the attention of the restaurant. They asked if I wanted a new dish, which I obviously did. After feeling rushed out the establishment we ask for the bill and some type of compensation for this cross contamination hygiene issue. The staff informed us that I was āluckyā I didnāt get billed for BOTH meals (the hair soup, and the replacement), and that they were doing us a favor by only charging us one. After back and forth, they agreed to 15% off which I accepted and paid the bill with no issue. Our server checked with us again and mentioned something along the lines of āchecking the policy before sitting down at a restaurantā. And also mentioned that the hair was āred and curlyā.. referring to my own hair?? As the strand we pulled out of the soup was BLONDE and tinted from the SPICY RED BROTH? I feel as the whole experience was a slap in the face and will definitely not be returning as we for sure didnāt feel welcomed or accepted. Very disappointing but not surprised.

Hate that Iām writing this review because I love coming to this location. Owner is nice and food is good but BEWARE!! my card was skimmed here 6/20/25 and the only reason I know is because this is the only establishment where I physically pulled out my card to pay and handed it to the woman server! Normally, I use Apple Pay for any transaction I make so it wasnāt hard to pin point the location of where the skimming took place.

The pho is ok, they donāt include enough protein for the amount they charge per bowl. It does taste good. They do not offer military discount.
