First time here the food is amazing! Went on Friday and placed my order at exactly 2:52 thinking we were gonna get the special which is half off on Tuesdays for sliders, wings and appetizers. Rules are rules so that’s not the issue! The issue is it would have been nice if the cashier let us know/suggested that happy hour was only in 8 mins. Also the way you have to go to the register to order and pay before u get your food or drinks i think is not really ideal. So I felt tipping after paying was obsolete as I wasn’t sure about the quality of the food or if I was gonna like it. Still was unable to tip because unfortunately i don’t carry cash so idk. Other than that great food!!!! We might revisit again in the future.

Had a pretty big group celebrating a birthday. We had a private room with prompt service from the staff. Food was outstanding! They only had large crabs but we made due.😉

A little different setup in that you order from the cashier and then they bring the food to you. Works well. Had the jumbo lump crab cake. It was Big and Excellent! Wife got several extra large steamed crabs. Heavy, meaty crabs. Excellent. Great place.

I really enjoy the food and atmosphere at Crab Shack, Heather the server goes above and beyond accommodating every request with a smile. It’s more than a meal for myself and my friends , it’s an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend this establishment

The Maryland crab soup had a lot of veggies and an amazing amount of crab. We ordered one pound of steamed shrimp and an order of two snow crab clusters. We ended up bringing home half of the shrimp. We had needed a pick me up and this meal was just what we needed.

I’ve been here a few times before and had better experiences. Tonight was horrible WILL NEVER RETURN! My aunt asked for 2 crab cake with fries meals they gave her one for $37🙁 I called while sitting outside to ask how much for one because I don’t recall paying that in the past. The guy who answered was very rude he even hung up on me I walked inside the manager ( short brown guy with a little gray ) was very unkind brushed me off and said it was too loud that’s probably why I got hung up on🫤 he mad an excuse for every issue I had, why the guy hung up on me and why he didn’t give me 2 meals. Get the one meal home and the crab cake was shaped like a thick ball too big for the bread and it taste disgusting I was chewing lots of shells .. NEVER WILL I EVER GO THERE AGAIN! And I want my money back… DO NOT WASTE UR TIME OR MONEY
