We love going to Bean Rush Cafe in Annapolis! Although it’s not as often as we’d like— it’s always a fun time when we do! Great location and delicious food.

Forget StarbucksI I love Bean Rush Cafe, this is my go-to, favorite cafe for coffee. I treat myself to a cold brew or flat white here once a week most weeks. Not only do I love their brews, but I can always count on smiles from staff and fast service. My kids love their giant freshly baked cookies. I have a gluten allergy and I'm able to get a gluten free bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich knowing they take cross-contamination seriously. I also love that Bean Rush has gluten free baked good for sale, I haven't found anywhere else locally that sells fresh brownies, mini-donuts, etc. I buy their coffee beans as well for brewing at home in between my cafe visits. And I work from here the mornings I have a block of time sans meetings (rare), love the energy. Five stars for Bean Rush Cafe!
Dietary restrictions: This is a great place to come for a gluten free bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. Let them know you have a gluten allergy and they'll microwave your sandwich instead of toasting so you don't have cross contamination. They have oatmeal that's delicious. Baked GF treats too - brownies, lemon bars, mini donuts, rice krispie treats. Smoothies.

Best coffee shop I've tried around here and I have tried a-lot. I have never had a bad interaction with the baristas, the drinks are amazing. They have these specialty lattes/mochas that are unique and super good. Food is just as good as the coffee and everything is super customizable.

As you can see from my photo, the latte-art photos are not indicative of what this place is serving. The coffee tasted okay, but was not prepared as it should have been. Nevertheless the atmosphere was lively and friendly, and the bagels and chicken salad sandwiches were delicious!

I love this coffee shop! While I have gone to both of their locations; Annapolis, and Crownsville, I frequent the crownsville location the most because I live right down the street.
My husband and I stuck in there frequently to get coffee and pastries. Actually, while my husband drinks, their coffee, I usually get a hot chai latte. It is delicious!
I will also get a chocolate croissant when I am feeling like feeding myself. If you get one, you definitely want to have it heated just a little bit! It’s so good that way.
This is a locally, family owned business and the staff is all amazing. Everybody is friendly and personable, and it’s such a welcoming and warm environment.
If you are in Annapolis or Crownsville, you definitely want to check them out.
