Cute little winery and distillery in Cumberland! Made a stop here during a stay at Rocky Gap, and it did not disappoint. The owner helped us with two tastings, and we walked out with several bottles of goodies.
Great wines and spirits. Very friendly customer service
Adore their Black Walnut Rye. Not too sweet with a pronounced Walnut flavor.

Charis Winery & Distillery offers a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, with friendly staff, wine and spirit tastings, and live music. Customers praise the quality of the Rye and Charis wines, and the overall experience as a top-tier winery destination. The winery has been in business for over a decade, continuing to provide a pleasant experience for visitors. It's a nice spot to stop by. Their whiskey and bourbon are pretty good, but wines were mid-level. Compared to other wineries in the area, it's probably one of the best ones. Morgan helped select flights of wines and spirits which were thoroughly enjoyed. The owners were really kind and friendly. This was a fantastic place to visit, with interesting wines and spirits! Everything was really tasty, and they would definitely recommend trying it out.
