Ran by a bunch of kids that have no respect. The owner is the same way. Let's them do whatever they want. Cult atmosphere.

Edit: I called and talked to them about last night's order. They replaced the incorrect items with the right ones. Excellent service and food.
Ordered pasta with red sauce and Italian sausage. It arrived with cheese also. Ordered NY crust, lite sauce, extra cheese and bacon, received hand tossed pepperoni.

Ordered 2 gluten free pizzas and arrived 5 mins early. The service was splendid, especially since they seemed busy. The whole crew seemed to have great teamwork and each of them was conscientious of those waiting and arriving.
They also have a viewing step for kids that my 4 year old enjoyed thoroughly.
I usually don't write reviews but I couldn't help but be impressed with the performance of the team.

I visited with my wife a couple of nights ago on our way through to Grantsville to see a large group of our family that we'd not seen for quite a long time so we picked up a couple of large pizzas on the way since we were spending the night.
I got myself a large pepperoni which, in hindsight wasn't that bad, but from the photo's you'll see how exceptionally greasy it was. I know i'm getting on a little bit now but every bite I took felt like it was leaving layers on my teeth. I can't remember what type of pizza my wife got as all of these were being split but since we'd not touched them during the travel, we were suprised as to how bad of a condition hers was in when we finally opened the box.
It looked like someone had stuck their thumb right into the middle of it and thrown/shaken the box about very aggressively. I've attached photos in case they're necessary, but honestly, the young lad, Dante, we spoke to when we were getting our order didn't seem all too enthusiastic at all. It looked like he was just handling stuff too aggressively and overall not caring about the work he's doing. I know it might come off as me being an old person that just wants to complain about everything, but it was probably the most unsightly thing we'd seen all week, he just waltzed around as if he owned the place and seemed to act quite ratty with a few of his colleagues.
I'm not going to go as far as to say we'd tell people to avoid this place because a single bad experience can't dictate what a place is like.
We will give it another shot when we're on our way back because despite the grease, the weird abnormalities on one of them, they were mediocre at best. We'll sum it up to being a one off.

This complaint regarding a recent order that I did not receive. Due to the fact, the delivery driver refused to accept my payment, despite the fact that I presented valid U.S. legal tender. Specifically, I attempted to pay with $2 bills, which are recognized as legitimate currency. The driver, however, claimed the money was not real, refused payment, and left with the food.
This review is solely based on the service—or lack thereof. The refusal to accept lawful U.S. currency demonstrates either incompetence or illiteracy on the part of the staff. While I recognize this incident occurred in Western Maryland, and I have come to expect substandard experiences during my brief time in the area, this situation remains unacceptable.
For clarity, under 31 U.S. Code § 5103, U.S. coins and currency, including $2 bills, are considered legal tender for all debts, public charges, taxes, and dues. It is both inappropriate and unlawful to deny a customer’s payment on the basis of ignorance of legitimate currency.
Due to the fact that this was a delivery order, I cannot comment on the restaurant’s atmosphere. And since the food was never provided to me, I cannot comment on its quality either. My concern rests solely with the failure of service and the refusal to honor legal U.S. currency.
I ordered 2 same pizza's and one of those was defective.

Messed up my order not once, not twice but 3 times. Had a very awful conversation with a worker on the phone as well. Very poor customer service and even worse care for their food and services. Absolutely pathetic

We have never met Danforth but he is a legend in our house. We have never had a bad experience from this Dominoes and they are so fast!

Ordered on app, came in. Tried to eat my pizza (witch was insanely good), bought a fanta. Said their outlet was smoking, Screamed at the top of their lungs for me to get out of the building (i was the only customer there at the time). So long story short, me getting dominoes started an electrical fire. (By the way, got a medium pan pizza with garlic sauce, pepperoni, and the extra shredded parmesan, asked for square cut but they forgot to square cut it]

My issue is with the minimum order now which is $18!!!!! What’s the point of giving free pizzas if you have to buy 3 other things in order to have delivery! Pizza is usually hot and good so my only complaint is with the minimum. Will cause me to hesitate when ordering again.
