Terrible service. The lady running the place had no respect for any customers. She got our order wrong, we asked her if we could bring it back for her to fix it and she rudely hung up. We called back and she was yelling that they have cameras where they cook, our food was clearly wrong.. all she had to do was fix it yet she decided to yell and hang up again.

My family ordered three different meals for take out. Crispy beef was not crispy with little sauce and tasteless. Pad Thai was terrible both chicken and beef. You got us once but never again.

Called to place an order , after they picked up I was placed back on hold 3 or 4 times before I actually spoke with anyone . After giving my phone number and confirming the address twice I got to participate in a 3 way conversation with another customer while we tried to get my order straight . Now to wait an hour and a half for delivery . This place used to be a top recommendation I’d give but lately it’s not worth it .

I was extremely disappointed because our food was delivered and it smelled horrible from the driver smoking marijuana. The food tasted like marijuana. I called and requested to bring food back for refund. They were very rude and disrespectful claiming that they're don't smoke. Well they do. They were pissed off at me because I returned the food. They should be upset with the driver. I have been a loyal customer since they opened and I was very surprised the way they treated me. Oh well they just lost a customer.

GREAT FOOD! Wonderful staff! My daughter and I treat ourselves to Jins every once in a while and we almost always have the pleasure of having Maggie wait on us. She's a hard worker very thorough, polite and professional. Recently we placed an order for pickup, we were latwr getting there than we thought and it was getting close to closing time and she called us and asked where we lived bc she was going to make us fresh food and have it delivered to us instead of us having to come in. But she was nice enough to wait for us to get there and have a delicious dinner. She always goes above and beyond! I definitely recommend Jins! Plus their sushi is AMAZING!!
