half the time I go here they put my donut in the bag upside down and the icing sticks to the bag. today they were somehow out of donuts and there was piece of plastic in my chicken wrap. go to another dunkin.

The people are nice enough, but ALWAYS inspect that they gave you the whole order, because they don't. Nevermind the line and holding things up; you won't be able to get a refund if you get home and discover they left stuff off your order. "Come back tomorrow" they will say. Nope.

Sunday, 5:40pm, May 14,2023 .. went to the drive-thru, asked for a donut, the young lady was rude..my daughter says hello, the girl immediately says “we had a sign there, we are closed”.. my daughter says”oh sorry, I did not see it”. With this huge attitude. We asked if she can give us any leftovers, just one donut for our son. “No, we are closed”. Horrible service!!! This is Morher’s day btw.. wow what a service!! ..Go to Mt. Airy, they smile, and when they have plenty just like today, they’ll give more ?✌️

So disappointed!! I ordered sausage sourdough sandwich and got bacon then on top of that my bread wasn't toasted and coffee spilt all over hash browns !!! this has happened every week now!!! please have your employees read tickets before preparing food !!!!!!!

Line is pretty steady here. Usually a line in the drive thru. Went in today got food. Food nice and hot. Parking lot Is hard to get out of if there is a line in the drive thru.
