The food at Say Vrai is simply Delicious without fail - and my family has tried nearly every item at this point! They make what is unquestionably the most delicious chocolate chip cookie I have ever tried in my life, and I am including all the dairy and gluten filled cookies I had before developing food allergies. The people who work here are lovely and so helpful in every possible way in every interaction. My one and only complaint is the unpredictability of their hours of operations as I have TWICE driven the half hour here only to find a dark storefront - I STRONGLY recommend the operators consider some method of letting fans like myself know they will be closed during what would be their normal operating hours.

Impasta has some incredible foods for anyone. My wife is celiac with soy and corn allergies and she has never had any issues. The pizza is fantastic, the ham-and-cheese scones are one of my most favorite things and the tiramisu is.amazing. The owners and staff are all very friendly and professional. Highly recommended for anyone with gluten or other food allergies.

This place is amazing!! We get the chocolate chip scone and pesto every weekend since its that good. When we are in the mood for pizza we get the pesto or regular cheese pizza. Fantastic! I got my wife a chocolate cake for her bday since she is GF and everyone LOVED it and couldn't tell it was GF. In the summer they have these GF donuts which are amazing and guilt free. Patrick and Erica are amazing too! Down to earth and always ready to listen to recommendations and suggestions. I used to think I would be able to tell a difference between GF and regular but I cant. Trust me this place is a must try!!
I have had their pizza, different raviolis, all of their sauces, scones, specialties including various cakes, including birthday cake, cheesecake, pound cake, etc. All delicious, moist, crispy when called for, and does not make me miss gluten or dairy at all when eating. Offerings are reasonably priced and taste amazing, and mind you I am not even gluten or dairy free.I love the owners and they are awesome and super friendly. Great neighborhood spot that I will try and visit often. They are professionally trained from culinary school and high end restaurants and great at what they do. The execution is always ON POINTThe rotating menu for various holidays has also been great every time I have tried.It is freaking awesome and you should check it out if you haven't.

Coming back to leave another review...this time for their Thanksgiving sides/dessert. We ordered the green bean casserole, the roasted potatoes, the stuffing, gravy, and a pumpkin cheesecake. Delicious, all of it! We will def be ordering from them, again, for holiday sides!! The pumpkin cheesecake is amazing...if you like a thick/dense/creamy cheesecake, you will love this. Staff members are also so incredibly nice and appreciative of their clients. It's just a fabulous place to do business with. I hope they stick around for a long time!

I've known of Impasta since they opened, but embarrassed to say that I had never stopped by. I saw that they had some pumpkin cheesecake available, so I sent a message via IG and was able to pick up a slice that day. I went in to pick it up and also say the cookies and cream cake cup and couldn't go home without one. Everyone there is super friendly. It's a small trendy spot and they offer items daily, as available,l; generally baked goods, including a variety of scones. The pumpkin cheesecake was delicious! Couldn't even tell it was gf. The crust was perfect! And the cookies and cream cake?? OMG!!! DELICIOUS! The cake was so moist, which is difficult to find sometimes when it's gf. The cream and GF oreos were the best combination. I went back the other day and grabbed a mini cheesecake with blueberry sauce and a ham and cheese scone. So yummy! I'm excited that they are right in my neighborhood too. Must try for anyone GF.

Picked up the ham&cheese biscuits, ravioli, chocolate scone, mini apple pie, and all were delicious as this was my first time trying Impasta! I will definitely be back! I was also impressed with the friendliness as well:)

My son has Celiacs Disease and it’s difficult to find places that are GF and tasty. We went here for the first time today. Erica was so friendly and helpful. My family tried the chocolate chip cookies, sour cream & chive scones and chocolate cake cup. Everything tasted amazing! My son couldn’t believe it was gluten free. We also ordered the frozen lasagna, pizza and pastas. Can’t wait to try those next. So happy we found a place my son can enjoy the food and know it’s safe for him to eat. ❤️
