I myself currently work at the Starbucks in Frederick off monocacy blvd. Whenever I travel to Damascus to visit my boyfriend I end up visiting this location. A lovely group of people, very friendly. The inside always looks so clean and organized too when I come in the store, which can be very hard to do especially when it gets busy. Thank you guys for your amazing service from one barista to another ❤️.

This is the second time that they have put hazelnut in my coffee when the label said vanilla and I double checked vanilla. There is one guy there who is new i believe who really needs to be watched when making coffee. I am not one to complain about this kind of stuff but when you are allirgic and told them vanilla needs to be in it and he puts hazelnut in it thats when I have a problem. He already made it once for me with no vanilla and now hazelnut. He shouldnt be making coffee without someone behind him. I also think the app itself should have an allergy line so everyone knows when you mobile order. When I called they offered me a free coffee but whos to say this wont happen again.

I usually never like to make reviews but ever since moving down to Damascus I usually always go to this Starbucks. They have single handedly disappointed me in every single drink I get. Starbucks is not cheap so I feel like if I’m adding extra items and getting charged more for it it should be made right. I can say every single time I come here my drinks are always incorrectly made and taste horribly. As much as I liked Starbucks I recommend going to a different Starbucks then wasting your money on this location.

Popped in this morning to grab a quick caffeine fix. I inquired at the drive thru speaker what drip coffees do you have today? Answer: we have all of them…me: hmm can you review them please? I get to the window, perky gentleman standing there hands me my coffee. Before I drive off. Oh he says and hurriedly grabs four packets of raw sugar pops them in my hand and says here I don’t know if they put your sugar in. Hmmm….? I proceed to open my cup to find it’s filled to its top. Hot coffee all over me and my car. :( He proceeded to say “have a nice day and impatiently waited for me to drive away” as I dabb the coffee off myself. I had to ask for napkins… also in the mists of things he gave me no stirrer. Lol. These kids today…. Got to love the lack of thought and compassion.
