We love Arby’s and are so disappointed that the Arby’s is no longer in Rockville, Laurel and Columbia.
Spent 21 dollars on a classic roast beef meal .. and my sister got a wrap and loaded Fries .. she first had hair on her wrap went nd got it replaced and they forgot her fries . my roast I’m pretty sure was either freezer burnt or beef … remade it .. than I had this big piece of hair .. I don’t care if it wasn’t human hair it’s some type of hair from like a wipe or a rag .. like eww no ..
I just left Arbys. incredibly expensive beef. one third fat and maybe almost half cooked . first time and last time. what a waste!! I gave it back. eating peanut butter and jelly out back.

Overall, this location is well-run, making it a better choice for fast food compared to McDonald's or Burger King.
