I am a GM at a coffee shop on my days off I try starbucks, everytime I go to this location other than Haley the staff are rude, unhelpful, and act like im bothering them. The worst part are the drinks. My drinks are not consistent and are different everytime and when I point out it's wrong they act like its my fault. They forgot to add vanilla sweet cream to my nitro cold brew. I asked the barista for vanilla sweet cream, she poured way more than normal. My drink was converted into a vanilla sweet cream with a hint of nitro cold brew.
I had a second barista remake the drink, she was very polite and helpful.

Starbucks is a pleasant stop where customers can expect a warm welcome. The staff are known for their kindness and willingness to help, often going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Visitors can enjoy a wide range of drinks, including personalized recommendations, in a comfortable atmosphere. However, there have been some concerns regarding the service and facilities. Some customers have noted issues with the availability of cream and sugar, as well as the need for a code to access the bathrooms, which can make it difficult for customers to wash up before eating or drinking. Despite these challenges, the overall experience remains positive, making it a popular and recommended spot, especially for those on-the-go. While parking can be a bit challenging, many still find the cappuccino coffee and other drinks to be top-notch, ensuring a reason to return.
