I am a seasoned wine drinker and I thought for being local MD wines, the quality of the wines were great. The Unoaked Chardonnay, single varieral Merlot and 4th Edition Chimera (bordeaux blend) were my favorites. Staff was helpful and laid back. We had a relaxing time sitting outside enjoying out flight and enjoying nature and the warm February sun. Bring your dog and your friends and enjoy. Definitely will be back.

Terrible staff who were very inconvenienced when we tried to order wine.

Very convenient location for those visiting Sugarloaf Mountain to hike. Pretty quaint set up, but your wine by the glass or bottle, some simple snacks to buy inside or from a pizza food truck outside. Weekends they always have live music to enjoy, and plenty of space to hang out with friends and family. Even some yard space to play around with a ball or yard games.

Very hard to imagine a better afternoon and reward after hiking. Beautiful place, great wine, friendly service, relaxing live music and gorgeous scenery

Meh. Expensive for what it is. ($25 / flight of 4 or $20 for tasting). Wines are ok, atmosphere is ok, has a few nice views but you can’t see the mountain. Nothing made us feel like we needed to come back.

Absolutely one of my favorite places, I just had to visit when I came back to Maryland. Remodeled, beautiful setting at the base of Sugarloaf Mountain and delicious wine, you couldn't ask for more.

Beautiful setting. Wheelchair accessible. Good prices. Great wine options. Small but ample snack options to go with a flight or a glass. I hope to be back one day.

Went to this vineyard with a friend over the summer. Wonderful atmosphere, great wine, music and food truck was awesome. Staff was personal and friendly.

Great tasting, Very friendly staff. But their dips are cold (crab dip). A bit overpriced.

Beautiful venue with amazing scenic atmosphere; the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable; and, the wines are exceptional! My favorite Maryland winery!

Our visit started out wonderfully and we even decided to join their wine club but it ended horribly and we won't be returning. After spending about 3 hours in their tasting room eating food we'd brought with us and splitting about a bottle and a half of wine between two people, we decided to venture outside to listen to the live music even though there was a heat advisory in effect.Unfortunately my husband had quite a bad reaction to the heat and we went back inside after ten minutes or so. After another few minutes inside it was clear he was suffering from heat exhaustion and when we got up to go sit in our car where we had more water, he fainted. Long story short, the staff called 911 and it was a whole ordeal which ended with him being pressured to go to the hospital even though it was totally unnecessary and he was sent home as soon as the ambulance got to the ER. While the staff were clearly trying to help, they treated us both as if we were completely drunk, which was extremely embarrassing. To top it all off, I received a very terse email the next morning from them saying that they cancelled the membership we had signed up for and told us we are not welcome to return.

My favorite Maryland Winery. Love the wine - especially Penelope, a unique white blend. The Bourdeaux-style reds are fabulous. Wonderful venue, friendly people, and close to home.

Good wine, very friendly staff. The ala-carte food prices are very expensive with very poor quality food. A wonderful location that has such great potential, the low quality of food offerings coupled with the prices makes this a total miss.

A hidden gem....A great winery. After a great hike at sugar loaf mountain, place to relax and enjoy a drink and live music.
