“I was there last. night (Thursday) and the Octopus was delightful as was my 'ordinary' salmon plate with their delicious veggies....The home sparking pink wine served in an unusual goblet was ample and perfect (a substitute for the more expensive Brut when they didn't have theirs cooled._ The alternative was just as good. I'm no connoisseur but I know a good meal when I'm finished. Food ample and the less expensive dishes looked just as appetizing as the more expensive ones. I want to try almost everything once....”

“Walked in and seated at the bar. I look up and see all of this allocated bourbon. I see they have chicken fried steak (my favorite). I of course order that and it surpassed all my expectations. The biscuit was nice and fluffy, the chicken fried steak was made to perfection, throw on top of that the sausage gravy and I was in literal heaven. The service is some of the best I have ever had. If you have not tried Buford’s biscuits you need to!!! I can almost guarantee everything on the menu is amazing!!”

“I am a busy single mom and NEVER leave reviews but The Deli is a place everyone should know about. I had the opportunity to try the subs on March 5th 2026. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a smell that made my mouth water!! I picked up 2 full subs and a side of the Mac salad. I did not watch the subs being prepared and was soooo impressed when I got home with them!! My teenage son and I could barely finish one sub!!!! The authenticity of the bread, meats, toppings, and dressing were top notch. Absolutely THE BEST WE HAVE EVER HAD!!! The quality and quantity is worth every penny!! THANK YOU from my family to yours!! We will be seeing you again...sooner than later!!!”

“This place is a hidden gem! The owner is the one who took care of my order and he was the sweetest man! He recommended the lamb schwarma and the falafel. And they were incredible!! Seriously the best Mediterranean food I’ve had! I really appreciated that the owner explained that he makes all of the food to order and nothing it “ready to eat” because he wants to provide the freshest, best food to his customers. There’s a great shared courtyard area right out front with picnic tables. Highly recommend! And the owner gave me a taste of the baklava - it is sooooo good!”

“Stopped by Dana’s Cake Shoppe in the Village at Leesburg and tried the Marble Nutella cupcake. It was absolutely delicious. Perfectly soft cake with just the right amount of sweetness, and the Nutella flavor really came through without being overpowering. It completely hit the spot when I needed a sweet treat. Definitely coming back to try more flavors.”

Debbie, the owner (and now part-time head-bopper), greeted us like we were long-lost cousins showing up late to the family BBQ. When I told her it was our first visit, she gave me a playful bop on the head with our table number and asked, “What took you so long?” Touché, Debbie. Touché. Now onto the burgers… and yes, they deserve their own paragraph. I ordered the A Jazzed Up Swiss Burger — and let me tell you, this was no run-of-the-mill meat puck. We're talking Gruyère so rich it probably pays taxes in Switzerland, Black Forest ham that must’ve taken a first-class flight in, baby bella mushrooms sautéed to perfection, and a tangy smear of whole-grain mustard tying it all together. Every bite said, “Sir, this is not fast food — this is fine dining between buns.” My wife had the Paris Burger — imagine garlic-kissed beef topped with brie so creamy it probably auditioned for a romance film, with balsamic onions adding the drama. Let’s just say she stopped talking mid-bite. That’s how you know it’s good. The vibe? Casual but classy, with staff who treat you like family (the good side of the family, not the ones who borrow your tools and never bring them back). And yes… in a moment of grilled beef-fueled euphoria, I may have proclaimed myself the Burger King. Debbie gave me a look. I instantly realized my mistake. This isn’t that kind of burger joint. I had the mushroom soup which was incredibly delicious (and likely the best I've ever had), and then I had the Spring Risotto which was also fresh and delicious. My Mom had a cheeseburger which she said was very good and our friend had the meatloaf. He said the meatloaf was wonderful but he too loved the mushroom soup the best. Soooo good.”

“Booking Sage Cakery to make our wedding cake was one of the highlights of the wedding. As someone that loves cakes, I was so looking forward to trying Sage on my wedding day and I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of their cakes. My husband generally doesn’t like cake as much, but even he loved the ones they made for us. The blackberry sage was a huge hit, and the decoration on the cake could not have been more stunning. It was exactly what we asked for and more. They worked with us too to add a topper my mom made for us and it looked perfect on top of the beautiful cake. We can’t wait to get another cake from them on our anniversary!”
