I went there for lunch after church and during the power outage today, the staff remained calm and professional and even kept the coffee and pastries flowing! They know what outstanding customer service is and are an asset to the Poolesville community!”

“The place is the best! Whether it’s to play a round or grab a bite, the service (and starters) are always so kind. Two weekends ago we finished playing a round right at 6 pm, and the bartender, Brennan, asked the kitchen to make us two more burgers before they closed up. He took such good care of us and really made sure our experience was wonderful! His going the extra mile really would make us recommend this to anyone!”

“Tony brought his truck to Koiner Farm in downtown Silver Spring. People lined up from 4pm to 8pm. The food was fantastic and people asked that I invite him again. He had a lot more food options than we advertised (he has vegetarian choices) but my favorite was the sausage with slaw and pickles on top and extra cole slaw. I bought extra for the next day.”

“Back in 2015 I came to this town for the Halloween attraction that they host and after we stopped at this McDonald’s. All these years later I still think about this McDonald’s, because everything was perfect. We were in and out even though the line was long out towards the street, everyone was friendly and smiling but the best thing, the food was delicious, fresh, crispy. To this day this location had the best chicken nuggets I’ve ever had from a McDonalds and I worked at one at 19. I hope you guys are still doing well. Definitely have to visit again when I’m over by that side of Maryland.”

“I seem to always go early in the morning and I'm either by myself in line or with one other car. The service is always good and the donut quality is consistent. I have had bad experiences with rude staff in Rockville and other locations, I have never had any experiences like that here in the 10 or so times I have visited.”

John was incredibly attentive, sensitive to our table’s needs, and struck the perfect balance of being knowledgeable and genuinely funny. The host was very alert and was on top of everything. Great place to go and enjoy the delicious food. Neat and clean facility. Highly recommend people to go there. “The best deli in Loudoun county. Hands down. Full stop. Not even debatable. Top-notch meat, cheeses, and bread. I’d eat it every day if I could. The owner and workers are the absolute best! Every sandwich is made with genuine care. I can’t recommend them enough. I’ve had sandwiches from Maine, Connecticut, NYC, Jersey, and Philly. The Deli is right up there with the best.”
