Went here the other day and they were out of milk and gave us our food but forgot drinks. The person seemed annoyed but I thought maybe they were having a bad day. Went again just now to order breakfast for 6 people in the drive thru and after we placed the order the person said through the speaker "ooohhh the kitchen is going to be mad about this one".
I do love Dunkin', but this particular location has got to be the worst one out there. I've been coming here since it has opened. things have no changed at all since day one. the service is extremely slow, they did not know who was taking orders and we're just clueless as to anything going on in the drive thru. the person taking orders was not taking responsibility for getting orders fulfilled at all. items are missing and the coffee is cold on numerous occasions. Ordered take out the last two mornings. Yesterday the empanadas we ordered were available online but when we went to pick up, they told us they were out. Ok, no big deal-got our money back and replaced the food. Today, the same thing happened with sourdough bread for my partner’s sandwich. It is very frustrating and inconvenient when the online menu does not reflect what is available in store.
