Never have I had a Venti drink so low, there was so much space between my coffee and the top of lid.

The first thing we noticed was how dirty the seating area was. There were crumbs and debris on the floor under seemingly every table, some of the tables were dirty, and the trash cans were completely full and overflowing. The bathrooms were in the same condition. Toilet paper all over the floor and it was very obvious it had not been cleaned in at least a shift.
