Never have I had a Venti drink so low, there was so much space between my coffee and the top of lid.

WTF! 40 minutes at the drive through to pick up a simple mobile order. When we finally got to the window, the order was incomplete and my hot coffee and breakfast sandwich were cold. Get your s*+t together.

This morning tried to order a tall steamed soy milk, no foam, extra hot, and asked for a tea bag. Your manager told me that he won’t do that, I can’t have that, keep ringing me for a latte. When I asked why not he told me to get out! it’s too early in the morning for dealing with me. And his words were “I t’s only a dollar, it’s too saaad”Shame on you! Awfully crevice! Yes it’s a dollar and it’s still money. I wasn’t expecting to hear that from the manager.

This is the Starbucks in Harris Teeter, I end up going here since the stand alone starbucks in the same plaza is never actually open. Service is excellent, employees are kind and the coffee is great.

Drive thru went quickly and service was spot on. I loved the digital board that shows the order while at drive thru to confirm it’s right. Pretty tight parking lot.

I agree with Brenda and Ricki. The Lansdowne franchise is dysfunctional. Who knows the source: poor management, lack of supplies, shortage of employees. They are open seemingly as the whim hits them. The lights are on but the drive thru is blocked and the door is locked even if staff are inside. Do they have a labor union and they break at certain hours for lunch? It's no way to run a railroad. Well I have decided to frequent the Asburn franchise that takes probably the same amount of time. The access is much better, the employees are pleasant, and the products are good. I have never gotten a grande latte in my venti cup I ordered as I have at Lansdowne.

Frequently/randomly closed. Doesnt update hours, and opens too late for a working person’s morning routine. Sometimes the drive through is closed randomly, other times the lobby is. They just cant get a normal day figured out.

This place has moved from one location to another across the parking lot. I have consistently had experiences where they were late to open. It is not infrequent that I order a drink on my phone only to get there and find the store is closed. The app lets me order and pay even though the store isn't opened when it is supposed to. They also close the drive thru with no warning or restrict the ability to go inside the cafe to get your drink. The erratic unpredictable times were the reason I decided to stop going to the location for over six months. I decided to try it this month and again-closed. Nice staff. Dysfunctional management

Worst hours and customer service is weak. Even if they are open there are much better ones around. Spare yourself the frustration.

They got my drink wrong and when I went back in to get it fixed, I showed them what I asked for on the Starbucks app. They then gave me the incorrect order again, literally the same thing they gave me the first time.

This is a new location and is the first close to me in South Leesburg that has a drive thru. During Covid, the ability to have curbside and drive thru is essential. Ordered my usual early on a Tuesday morning, not many cars so very quick. Courteous during ordering and pickup. Coffee perfect and strong how I like it. I like it Pete's strong but they don't have a drive thru, this is a great substitute. Haven't gone is but since it's new I figure it's nice. I used to use Starbuck's to work back in pre-pandemic times.

not just this starbucks. very expensive for burnt, acidic coffee. the only way to cover up that taste is a sugary drink. every time I go to any starbucks, I'm disappointed.
