Back in 2015 I came to this town for the Halloween attraction that they host and after we stopped at this McDonald’s. All these years later I still think about this McDonald’s, because everything was perfect. We were in and out even though the line was long out towards the street, everyone was friendly and smiling but the best thing, the food was delicious, fresh, crispy. To this day this location had the best chicken nuggets I’ve ever had from a McDonalds and...read full review
This location has issues with mobile orders. They seem to never be in their system. Happening a lot here since the summer.
Disappointing as hell. They lady at the drive through during the week in the morning is ignorant and rude as hell, acts like she's annoyed if you ask for anything even though I always ask for it when I order and she just forgot to give it. I just went this morning and they got my order wrong 3 times and acted like it was my fault . No apologies just attitude and stupidity. The food is to expensive at these places to get shitty services too

McDonald's in Montgomery County, Maryland offers a clean and sanitary dining experience with excellent service. The restaurant is conveniently located in the heart of the Montgomery County Agricultural Reserve, and the staff is known for their speed in serving the food. The prices are reasonable, and the menu includes popular items like the Iced Caramel Coffee, which is available at a discounted price in the mornings. The atmosphere can get crowded with high school students during weekday afternoons, but the restaurant remains kid-friendly overall.
Recent reviews highlight that service, accuracy, and speed are generally good. However, during school lunch hours, the place can be as loud as a cafeteria, making it hard to eat peacefully, and after school, the noise level remains high due to loud and obnoxious students. One customer experienced an issue with a Happy Meal when the manager named Francis handed over the food; the drink was not properly covered, causing soda to spill on their pants. Despite requesting a new cup, they received the same cup with a little more than half of the drink and no apology or napkins offered. Additionally, some customers noted that the tap water in the bathroom was not functional, which was disappointing, especially since they had to pay for water. Overall, the restaurant remains a convenient and lively spot, but visitors should be prepared for busy times and occasional service hiccups.
