Beautiful venue and location! Book a stay at The Cedars, right around the corner if you want to extend your stay and don't want to rush back home.
2026 Update-
My original review was regarding the poolesville golf course before it became crossvines. The new owner has done a fantastic job with the property. The course is in great condition now, the new restaraunt and social area is awesome. Really happy with the transformation of the property here and highly recommend for golf or just a night out for dinner and drinks.

The Crossvines is a beautiful restaurant with excellent service and a welcoming staff. Guests enjoy the scenic views and the ambiance of the bistro. The menu features delicious options like the fantastic burger, crab cake sandwich, and braut at the turn. It is a great spot to eat and drink, whether for brunch, dinner, or a special occasion. Private rooms with amenities like TVs are available. The ambiance is complemented by a well-maintained environment and a bar that offers good wine. The restaurant itself provides a wonderful experience, making it a hidden gem worth returning to. The staff strive to go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. The restrooms are notably impressive, with beautiful marble and a clean smell. The Crossvines offers a memorable dining experience with a welcoming environment and excellent service. They also offer happy hours with 50% off bottles of wine, including cab, and appetizers are $12. The chicken wings, honey habanero and original buffalo sauce, were great and on the extra crispy side. The street corn dip was fantastic. The golfer special for $18 came with a burger, fries, and a beer. The golf course is a fair test for mid/high handicap golfers, with generous fairways and opportunities to score well. The course was in much better shape than many local courses. Tee times 11 minutes apart help a good pace of play. Friendly staff at check-in, starter, and on-course maintenance team.
