**DISCLAIMER THIS BAR DOES NOT SERVE ALCOHOL** I personally feel sorry for the bartending staff. The owner advertises this place as a “bar” but simultaneously serves no alcohol!?!?!? The food is good and the people seem somewhat nice but this place is terribly miss advertised.

Ordered wings and fries. Was wondering what was taking so long so I checked on the status. Person at the bar says the guy just went to the store to get food but it won't be long....ooookkkkkk. the guy returned about 25 minutes later.. I'm sipping... no big...... I wait another 20 minutes after he returns to ask about my food again...... only to be told they don't have what I ordered. Wth!!! I don't get it.... Dude just went to the store I do not recommend this establishment at all. I wanted to love this place because it's ran by a young black guy.....total fail!

This place was a full-on vibe. Black people are having a good time. No drama, no confrontation, no attitude... what I got was potent drinks, DJ that was spinning, and no problems taking requests. The owner is cool af... GO ARMY., works hard to keep B64 clean and safe, and was enjoying himself just as everybody else (all while making money and getting paid). I want that job. Sasha cool af keeping the hookah going and Sky, who kept the bar hydrated... yeah, security was there to pat us down, but it's District Heights (no offense DH'rs), they are just keeping us safe... Bryan, I'll be back to support.
Came here on a Friday for hookah and drinks. Me and my sister agreed to try this place. The atmosphere was great but I ordered 4 shots of casamigos and instantly I can tell it wasn’t casamigos. This establishment has to be putting cheap liquor in the expensive bottles because no way it tasted like that. Will not be returning. That’s no way to run a business.
