9/3/25 i went into Burger King #12082, I purchased a double cheeseburger, however, the burger was not cooked properly, so i went back to the into the store to as to be made over, the young lady took it to the mgr. the Mgr. name Mario told me that they couldn't remake my burger because i want it off the broiler, i asked why, he said he have to put it in the microwave to melt the cheese, i told him i didn't want it in the microwave, I told him burger king offer burgers off the grill not in the microwave, he tossed my burger into the trash, refused to give me my money, I had to call the police to get them to remake my burger. spoke with is District Mgr., name Steven and he basically defended Mario saying well you got your money back, it is the principal.
Why do burger king offer fresh off of the broiler burgers, but want to microwave the burger after it comes off the broiler? in order to melt the cheese, by the way don't bother to call his district mgr. Steven, he defends microwaving the cheese

If you go here and they’re being super slow don’t buy anything, they will be re frying chicken from 2 days ago!!I went to to this Burger King today and they gave me classic wraps that had stale chicken and a whopper that had burnt patties, I’m lying in bed right now because I took a bite off the wrap and swallowed it before I noticed it was stale and my stomach hurts real bad.

Today, (Saturday, July 19, 2025) at approximately 6:15pm, I experienced the worst service ever. My 8yo son and I pulled up to the drive through and as I’m looking at the menu, the gentleman kept asking if I was talking to him, I said no just one sec as I’m still looking (I was on the phone taking someone’s order). He never greeted me or asked me for my order. When I was ready, he kept asking who am I talking to (mind you he never greeted me or initially asked for my order) and I stated I was talking to him for I am ready to order. He proceeded to go back and forth with me all because I told me how his customer service comes off rude for not properly greeting me and asking for my order (again, all he said is, “Are you talking to me”.). I said never mind because he would probably spit on my food and he proceeds to say he probably would and starts yelling out the window. I have never experienced someone saying they would spit in my food. This place lacks customer service and professionalism that I just don’t understand how these employees still work there.

Waited at the Wendy 9 min nobody answered with a line of cars behind me I move forward to the window told them I think the sensor is having a issue for drive thru can I order one sandwich they told me get back in Line and try again and that came from the manager very poor service I’m sure the food not far from the service never coming back to this location maybe Burger King all together

I just went to Burger King and it supposed to be a buy one get one chicken sandwich. and I will have to say that this is the worst chicken sandwich the worst food I tasted in a long time and I think this is the deciding factor I would never order anything else from Burger King again. At this point I'm truly done with Burger King I would never order anything else to them
