Friday November 10, 2023 round 7:00p.m I went thru drive had order big order for dinner didn't hear one order I had then got a drink spilled on me with no accommodation I was really upset if I would've came out my character then it would've been a problem. I know most people only leave google reviews when they have a bad experience well….. this is far from the case my 5 stars are for CUSTOMER SERVICE Ernesto was phenomenal ‼️ I had my son with me and he can be a handful to say the least, but due to Ernesto’s exceptional customer service my son didn’t have one outburst because your staff member went above & beyond to take care of us. I’m thankful for people like Ernesto he’s the reason why I will continue to visit thiS BK location

The service was horrible. When asked for my name for the receipt,I spelled it out as it is a very unique spelling. When the blue haired she devil looks at the screen she stated what kind of name if the and what is a . She then proceeded to yell to the back to the others to view the screen saying look at that name y'all. Mind I am standing right there listening to her mock me. My name is not that strange. It is Affrika. Anyone with an intelligence or education could pronounce it. What would she have done if I were from another country?.

I went to this establishment last night to get terrible customer service at the drive-thru. They answer on the speaker are you ready to order. There was nothing polite or pleasant when speaking with him. He was vulgar, and I was disappointed and disgusted. After ordering my food, I drove around only to find out he had a severe attitude problem. His name is Angel. The date I received this rudely disgusting behavior was September 30, 2023. Is this the type of customer service that Burger King is giving customers? If this is what a paying customer like me has to deal with, I will have to patronize somewhere else. Customer service training shall be a priority when dealing with paying customers.

I'm a disabled customer who decided to treat myself to a rare fast food meal. After waiting nearly 30 minutes, secondary to a vile argument between an employee/ customer- requiring police dispatch, my order of two identical items was presented. It wasn't until the following day that it was discovered that second item was done incorrectly. I didn't have transportation to return so I removed the error and gifted item. Store refused to issue credit, after speaking to manager Greg @ 610-420-5475 as directed by Mario. I understand that they had changed policy since COVID. Please understand, you've lost a customer!

Fully staffed for a Sunday evening.Lots of pick up orders are quickly filled and the drive thru is always busy.Nothing beats a flame broiled burger when you are in the mood.And, the price point for their double cheese burger is lower than that other burger place
