I rated it a five that time, but recently I went (Friday, July 25, 2025) and I would rate it a one. The food was dry and horrible. I don't recall ever having a bad meal from Chick-fil-A. I only spent 4 dollars, but my friend who was with me, spent 42 dollars. She shared her food with me.
Aaron did an amazing job with making sure the customer needs were accounted for despite the lunch time rush. He kept us updated, offered any extra or missed sauces and was overall an example of tye chic fil a brand. Thanks again Aaron! you're tenacity was not unrecognized.

I have been a resident at Holly Springs Apartments for over seven years, and I couldn't be happier. The leasing consultants and management team have consistently provided excellent service. Miss Andrea, the leasing consultant, along with Mr. Walters from the maintenance department and his assistant, resolved my issues with a leaky bathroom faucet, shower, and dishwasher swiftly and professionally. Their prompt and efficient service truly makes Holly Springs Apartments feel like home. A special thanks to Miss Andrea and Mr. Walters for their outstanding support—they definitely deserve recognition for their dedication!

I ordered breakfast through the app to have my food delivered by DoorDash because it was quicker. The staff gave my food to the wrong person.. not only did they give my food away but had the audacity to tell me they weren’t gonna remake my order for a mistake THEY made. Idk where they do that at but you don’t withhold my food that I paid for a mistake your staff made. You should verify the order on the persons phone before passing the food along. I had to call DoorDash customer service and they told DoorDash they wouldn’t remake my order either … so I was issued a refund and I called Chick-fil-A’s customer service. It does not come out of your check if you gave my food away you need to remake it simple as that.
