The mobile thru is slower than the drive thru. There’s really no point in having a mobile thru if it doesn’t add convenience.

Took my family to this location and the order taker (Ciara) had a terrible attitude from the beginning. No actual greeting, no eye contact or genuine care for her job by providing a positive experience through her customer service. This was conveyed to the manager on duty. He was kind enough to comp my families’s entire meal. We were grateful for that, but this isn’t the first time. I personally had a bad experiences at this location before but each time they make it right. Thank the manager on duty for his actions meditating the situation and providing a better experience than how it started.

my friend had the chicken sandwich, fries, and mac and cheese there on saturday, december 13th. immediately after she ate from there she got sick, obviously with food poisoning. she was (and still is) vomiting, experiencing diarrhea and stomach pain, as well as the inability to keep any liquids down. it has been 2 days since she’s ate there, and she is still sick. i don’t know if it was cross-contamination or undercooking her food, but i wouldn’t recommend coming here, especially if they have people getting sick.

Honestly this the hood. That being said, no shade to who work there worst Chik fil a in the DMV.. If they not screwing up your order half the time they are undercooking the chicken and overcooking the mac n cheese
This is the worst chic fila, food was raw and toooo greasy the manager man handled me on camera to move me from the drive thru the food was undercooked I was disgusted never going back

Such respectful and pleasant people. Chicken strip and fries . The strips were very good. They were good as well. Taste like home fried. Price was reasonable. Friendly ... guick. The emoyees were all Friendly and respectful . They all spoke and had a smile on their face. I went through the drive through. It was very pleasant and nice service. Always clean. Nothing else.
