2nd time trying this location thinking it would be better the 2nd time... no better customer service or lack of customer service very MID!!!! No one greats you they act like they don't want to be there... and the amount of ice cream you get for the price ridiculous... love it size barely to the rim i will drive out my way to the one in Woodmore.... sad we can't get good service in this area... please do better

This is one of the worse coldstones. No customer service and they don’t listen to what you want to order. Idk if this is privately owned or franchised but the coldstone corporate people need to be contacted because this tore is very bad depiction of their business

Terrible service, didn’t listen to my order multiple times told him not to add whip cream and that he had to switch me and my daughters cup because she was supposed to get a like it cup (the smallest) one and I was supposed to get the love it (medium) but instead he did the opposite after me repeating my self multiple times! Will not be back EVER ! I will tell everyone to not go to that cold stone. They need to shut it down!

The ice cream is mid okay at best, they don't take time to prepare your order and are extremely stingy with the quantity for toppings. I will also add that their sanitation is poor. I had to ask for them to put gloves on while preparing my order which should be something already in practice. At checkout when I want to use my rewards they bypass them as soon as I put my number in, showing me they only care about the money. There should be care and respect place into an order. It is nice to have a coldstone in my area so put the effort in for your customers if you want the financial and community support.

They are slipping! Was here on 3-28-25 and always get the same thing. founders favorite, no pecans, add heath. The person clearly did not know what she was doing. No toppings what so ever!!! Nothing more than cookie crumbs on vanilla ice cream! Should have stayed in Mo county!! Ugh. Waste of money!
