The staff were more into talking to each other than serving customers. Just looked like every time someone wanted to get a staffers attention they were breaking up conversation

Very unpleasant and unprofessional. Was picking up an order for Uber and they had given away the food and let it get stolen. Very casual about this like it was okay. They did not make the previous person confirm pickup. I had to call the customer and drop the order. It is NOT protocol or normal for them to have to call Doordash or Uber to replace food that was stolen by you not paying attention. The customer only needs to call when they receive a WRONG order and order was marked completed. It is a restaurants responsibility to MAKE sure drivers CLICK CONFIRM pick up.

Even worse than before. Very aggressive male at front counter who was very close minded and refused to take any help. Felt very gender motivated because why would you talk to anyone like that? I confirmed the order showed I had confirmed it and explained that signing the sheet does nothing especially when someone could put any name on it and he refused to listen.

I’ve been to this location twice. The food and drinks are great, they certainly know what they’re doing in the kitchen. The last time I went, the bar was understaffed, leading to slow and inconsistent service. The servers weren’t helping out the lone bartender by at least taking orders, but we saw them multiple times on their phones just hanging out. It spoke to poor management.

However, the food was good and I wouldn’t let one slightly poor experience stop me from coming back.

There new fried dumplings and seafood are very flavorful and the servers are very nice and they have good customer service and I would comeback everyday!

The boils are ok taste wise. Just check your bags before you leave because the crab legs, shrimp, and crawfish are constantly short or underweight. And dont expect them to do anything kind, cooperative, or considerate if you leave without checking. Unfortunately, like most black owned businesses the customer support is TERRIBLE! I say this as a locally raised black man. But they are liable to cuss YOU out if THEY make a mistake. Or act as if you are wrong for wanting them to do their job or that they are doing you a favor if they do. The atmosphere is usually loud and the workers including management are generally unhelpful amd rude most times. I really hate patronizing this place but like I said in the beginning the boils are fairly priced and fairly decent taste wise. So, 🤷‍♂️. However, just be aware what you will be walking into.

Customer service from the waiter is outstanding the flavor of the crabs a picture of the scallops was on point my lady spent 200 something dollars but it was well worth it are there food and I still have something to bring home I have two everyone at work about it tell my family and friends got a little jealous

The food is great ,the customer service is OK. I just don't like how people be standing outside the front door smoking weed . It makes it seem ghetto and not a good like
