Horrible experience for online order I have never been here and today was my last food was cold, this supposed to be clam chowder oily buttery no chowder was trash shell but no clam is crazy asked and payed for extra sauce none in the bag and I picked it up I didn’t bother to look in bag because I ordered it online which means everything I order should be there gumbo burnt taste and soupy tiny baby shrimp and one shredded piece of chicken trash like what is this mess I’ve had better but over all I would never order again for me the first impression should be your BEST and I hated it the seafood was not good mushy wirst experience and ion even play about my food $76.80 dwn the drain I didn’t even call to complain lesson learned

March 20, 2024 was my first time visiting this business and it will most definitely be my last time coming here. I ordered fried shrimp with onion rings and corn on the cob with a Sierra Mist. My server was Majesty. I had only eaten once that day which was at this business. A few hours later I became extremely sick with symptoms of food poisoning. I have missed hours of work for day’s and haven’t been able to be a mom to my children due to laying in bed sick. At one point I thought that I would have to call 911 from being so sick.I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager regarding this issue and I asked her if the owner can call me so that I can make him/her aware and the manager took my name and number, and said the female owner would give me a call. I haven’t heard anything from the owner of the restaurant. Although the manager sounded sincere in her apology to me, it still doesn’t help me being extremely sick. I included a $10 tip when checking out not knowing that in a few hours I would become ill. I will be notifying my doctor, the health department and poison control.

***BEWARE : A BARTENDER PUT THE TIP AMOUNT HE DECIDED AFTER I LEFT *** check your cards a few days after to be sure the correct tip amount you left was NOT changed since the manager didn’t take my situation serious !!! I need the general manager of this location to please contact me or leave how can I contact you. I’m waiting for corporate to email me back as well. I will be filing a police report as well. Not only was my money stolen from me , my encounter yesterday (which is on camera ) when I came to talk to the “manager” on duty is NOT okay. I will be filing charges just to show how much it isn’t so no one else has to deal with this mess when it comes to there hard earned money and time .

I come to Crafty Crabs often in sit at the bar but yesterday I decided to sit in a booth. I had Kayelle as a server and her energy was amazing. The place was pretty pack for a Monday with a lot going on but she continued to check on us, make sure she kept us updated, and help me sing Happy Birthday to a friend I with. I truly appreciate her professionalism through all of the stuff that was going on when I was there.To eat I had; Sweet Chill wings/ shrimp basket/ Calamarai/ and a seafood boil. All of my food was good but the Calamari was fried way too hard.My drinks was also strong, just like I normally like them :)

The food is good but the service and attitudes are disgusting. I have ordered food to go multiple times and never had an issue. The first time I tried to go in and sit at the bar with friends that were already settled and eating was terrible. There were multiple bartenders that continued to past by us and ignore us for the entire hour we were there. We were given menus when first seated but no one ever came to take our order. We tried flagging multiple bartenders down more than once and were always given an excuse. It was very evident that they only wanted to serve people that they knew well because even tho they said there were busy/short staffed, these bartenders could be seen talking and laughing with other customers for long periods of time. Specially the bartender Tracy and another one were especially rude in ignoring us after we nicely asked to order a drink. I will never grace this place with my presence or money ever again.
