My daughter and I just left from ordering a to-go order... I'm definitely one to give credit where credit is due. It's not too many people in customer service that actually have customer service 🥴 When I tell you from the moment we entered #Tree gave us the most warming welcome with a smile to accommodate. Throughout our ordering process never been here before, she was very attentive. Answering all the questions we know are on the menu😭

I called and placed my order. Why is the employees calling me back like it’s her personal phone asking me did I call there. It’s a restaurant yes I called. This is so damn unprofessional.

There is no other sauce like crafty crabs seafood boil sauce. I always get the Boom which is a mixture of all of the sauces. I go there often and sometimes the crab legs are a little skimpy but they gave me a nice size 1 the last time I visited. They also got the hush puppies with honey which are so bomb. Of any seafood place in the area I would highly recommend Crafty Crab. Specifically the forestville location because of the sauce. It taste different in the other locations....
