Unfortunately one of the worst DD around. Service is extremely slow, drinks are made incorrectly and in some cases you can’t order on the mic you have to pull up and order at the window, which is catastrophic! I’m surprised they’re still open!

I ordered through the kiosk, then watched employees walk around and chitchat for 10 minutes before I received my iced coffee and toasted bagel with cream cheese. Oh, but the bagel wasn't toasted. And, I had to ask for a straw and napkins as there were none on the stands. Though I prefer Dunkins coffee, I'll be going back to Starbucks.

Only one person working and they made my drink completely wrong. I felt like I was rushed in taking my order as well. You all need to schedule your employees properly and not leave one person to deal with everything especially so early in the morning when it’s super busy. Do better.

The six dollar breakfast is great . But I do not like the potatoes. The ice coffee is great so is the breakfast sandwich, but get some plain potatoes. And make sure the store have change because sometimes after you purchase and it's time to pay you are told you need the correct change or debit card they never tell you before they take your order.

The old woman works there. She is not ready to work here. She is aggressive. I don't understand how you can serve this food with such a service staff. It is unbearable.

Customer service is bad and the quality of food is poor
Speed of service has improved tremendously over the last several weeks. Staff seems friendly, and genuinely concerned with getting the order right.
